We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 17th Annual Conference of European Armies for Noncommissioned Officers (CEANCO) convening in Tirana, Albania from 6-10 May 2024 (travel days 6 and 10 May 2024 ).

The 2024 CEANCO, co-sponsored by United States Army Europe & Africa and the Albanian Land Forces, provides a unique opportunity for senior nonoommissioned officers from across Europe to interact in both, formal and informal settings. This year's conference will have active presentations, information, and small-group work producing excellent resources for all attendees to take back to your armies and use as a professional reference.

Information Packet

1. Requested Information: Thank you for your RSVP. In order to capture some information for the conference, please register your information at the following site: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/anim.cfm?i=817092&k=0A6045097255 2. Flight Information: Book flights for arrival at Tirana International Airport (TIA) on 6 May. In order to attend the Icebreaker, please book your flight to arrive no later than 1530. Book return flights for departure the morning of 10 May, the Marriott check out time is 1200. Transportation from the hotel to the Tirana international Airport will be provided. When available, please email your itinerary to: [email protected]. Transportation will be provided for all participants from 6-10 May. When you exit the baggage claim area and pass through the customs gate, look for an escort with a CEANCO sign. 3. Conference Lodging: Tirana Marriott Hotel is the CEANCO 2024 conference hotel. Rooms have been blocked that are guaranteed until 31 March. Cancelation Policy: - Cancellation is free of charge if made 30 days before arrival. - Up to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the revenue will be due. - From 14 days to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the revenue will be due. - Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, 100% of the revenue will be due.
