Dear Sirs,
As the GDPR.PL portal, we would like to ask you to present your opinions and previous experiences in the field of artificial intelligence and codes of conduct.
The GDPR.PL is the oldest and the largest portal dedicated to personal data protection in Poland. Our mission is to provide reliable information to citizens, entrepreneurs and public entities. Thus, we would like to learn the positions on this topic of supervisory authorities from across the EU and prepare the article.
Given the above, we will be grateful if you could answer the following questions:
Have any codes of conduct been approved in your country pursuant to Article 40 of the GDPR?
If so, could you please indicate:
• the names of the codes and their authors,
• the industries/sectors they apply to,
• what the authors of these codes find the most challenging?
We would also appreciate information on how many codes are currently in the process of being adopted and which industries they relate to.

Have any legal regulations concerning artificial intelligence been adopted in national legislation?
We will be very grateful for a quick response. Thank you kindly in advance.
