ANNEX A to announcement letter No 11.1-1/26/2

Administrative information for NASMOC conducted in Estonian Military Academy (EMA) 1. PLACE: NASMOC will be conducted in EMA War and Disaster Medicine Centre (Raatuse 110, Tartu,

Estonia). 2. DATE: The course will be conducted during the 10-day period of 01SEP–10SEP 2026, including the

weekend. Travel days are 31AUG and 11SEP. Certificates are only handed out at the end of the course. 3. REQUIREMENTS: The course will be conducted in English, a good understanding of NATO military

English (STANAG 6001) of at least level 2/2/2/2 is necessary to complete the course. 4. PARTICIPANTS: Sending country can apply up to 3 participants to the course. The course has a total

capacity of 24 students. 5. ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION: Participants will receive a confirmation of registration

(acceptance) after the registration deadline with details on preparation and homework. The acceptance of participants in the case of a higher number of registrations is at the discretion of the EMA faculty and course director.

6. ARRIVAL AND REGISTRATION: Pre-registration of the participants should be made by filling the

Registration Form and sending it via e-mail to [email protected] NLT 05JUN2026. Any failures to arrive can be reported directly to Estonian POC.

7. ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is available in the EMA dormitory double (2 persons per room)

rooms. If you use accommodation elsewhere, please indicate this on the registration form. Parking is free near the venue.

8. MEALS: On weekdays, meals can be purchased from the dining facility. 3 meals per day cost around

15 euros per day. Only lunch is around 7 euros. Please note that there is no catering in the dining facility on weekends, including Friday dinner. On weekend, food is available from nearby shops and restaurants.

9. DRESS: During the course battle dress uniform (BDU) is required, for social activities civilian clothing is

recommended. 10. TRAVELLING: Travelling to and from the course is a national responsibility. It is recommended to take

LuxExpress bus from Tallinn Airport to Tartu bus station. Tickets should be bought ahead at least 3 days from www.tpilet.ee/en or https://luxexpress.eu/en/. All necessary transportation during the course will be provided by EMA.

11. PAYMENTS: The course fee is 100 euros per participant. Payment has to be made in cash on the first

day. EMA will provide invoice for the payment. 12. PROGRAM: Daily schedule is from 08:00 to 17:00. Saturday, 5th of September is for Cultural Program.

Sunday, 6th of September, adopted program for syndicate work is organized. 13. CULTURAL PROGRAM: EMA is organizing a free Cultural Program as part of the course, which will

take place on Saturday 6th of September. Program will probably include a guided city tour, museum visit etc. Please note your participation in Annex B, arrangements for the program are done accordingly.

14. E-LEARNING SYSTEM: EMA is using ILIAS e-learning system for the lectures, syndicate works etc. All

participants are required to join the system prior to the course, detailed information will follow. Personal laptops are recommended. EMA will provide free WiFi.
