Dear Hydrographer,
As part of the ongoing Empowering Women in Hydrography (EWH) project, the IHO Secretariat will continue to raise awareness of career opportunities in hydrography through social media and online publications.
To this end, we would like to invite you to showcase the work being done in your country. Specifically, we would like to feature women from your organization, whether working on shore or at sea, etc.
We invite you to share photos and/or videos of these women actively engaged in activities such as data processing, onboard operations, or other hydrography-related tasks, which could be featured on official IHO channels.
If you would like to contribute, please send us the raw footage that the secretariat could use to create new EWH videos and content.
Please send your contributions to [email protected], and include the copyright information to be displayed.
There is no deadline for submissions, feel free to send us material at your earliest convenience or as activities develop throughout the year.
Your participation will support our efforts to highlight the dedication and expertise of women in hydrography, and to inspire future generations to join this exciting field.
