The announcement of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting (IJFB) is made after

a decision by the International Youth Leaders Commission and after approval by the

Executive Council of CTIF.

The 25th IJFB will take place from Monday, July 13 to Saturday, July 18, 2025 in

Šumperk (Czech Republic), under the leadership of CTIF's International Youth

Leaders Commission (IJLK).

The local organisation is entrusted to the National Association of Volunteer Fire Brigades of

Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia by commissioning the Czech National Committee CTIF.

The organisation for CTIF will be led by the Chair of the International Youth Leaders

Commission, Jörn-Hendrik KUINKE.

The International Competition Director for the IJFB, Michael Wagner, Austria, has been

commissioned by CTIF to direct the competition.

Information on the technical implementation of the International Youth Fire Brigade

Competitions can be found in the International Competition Regulations for Youth Fire Brigades

in the current version as well as the regulations on the occasion of the 2025 evaluator training.

In the event of differences in the interpretation of the competition provision, only the GERMAN

VERSION shall be valid.

The invitation is extended to all National Fire Brigade Associations of CTIF and it is hoped that

as many associations as possible will send youth groups to the meeting.

C) Information about the competition, registration and costs

1. General Provisions

1.1. At the 25th IJFB, the International Competition Regulations of the Youth Fire Brigades

apply in the current version. According to the age limits set out in these rules , those

born between 2010 and 2016, and younger age groups can also participate in

this competition by decision of the IJLK, however, these are calculated at an age of

10 years.

1.2. The competition consists of the fire brigade obstacle exercise and the 400 m relay

race .

1.3. The team strength of a group consists of 10 young people (including 1 reserve

member) and 2 youth workers.

Mixed competition groups (boys and girls) are allowed to participate, but are not listed

as a separate classification class.

With the decision of the IJLK and in coordination with the fire brigade, it is possible to

send an additional group for each nation – exclusively girls – so that a maximum of 3

groups per nation can participate. These 3 groups must include either 2 boys' or mixed

groups and 1 girls' group, or 2 girls' groups and 1 boys' or mixed group, but not 3 boys'

groups, 3 girls' groups or 3 mixed groups.

This is intended to give the girls' groups appropriate opportunities, so that the national

deployment of girls' groups is not at the expense of the boys' or mixed groups. This

additional sending of a group is only possible if the organising fire brigade has

accommodation facilities.

The following participants per national fire brigade association are admitted to the

international youth fire brigade meeting:

➢ three youth groups (see above for the breakdown)

➢ a youth delegation leader

➢ a youth coach

➢ a masseur youth

➢ a young translator

A maximum of 40 people per nation can be accommodated in the youth camp

.

The nation that provides the last winner of the Vetter Cup may compete in the

competition with an additional competition group - as the defending champion - of this

nation (according to point 1.3. max. 12 people, 10 youth + 2 coaches).

The nation that provides the last winners of the Lappeenranta Cup may compete in the

competition with an additional girls' team - as the defending champion - of this nation

(according to point 1.3. max. 12 people, 10 youth + 2 coaches).

According to the decision of the Executive Council of 25 and 26 March 1994, the host

country (Czech Republic) will be given the opportunity to send four competition

groups (including at least one girls' group) to the competition.

2. Devices and equipment

2.1. The competition groups are selected by the National Organising Committee and the

intern. Competition management, the competition device specified in accordance with

the competition regulations, provided for the competition.

2.2. The competition equipment can be viewed on the homepage: www.ctif.cz .

2.3. Each participant must bring their own personal equipment.

The usual work suit (no sportswear or tracksuit) of the youth fire brigade (uniform), as

well as a safety helmet for the fire brigade obstacle exercise are required. During

competition and training , the customary work suit (no sportswear or tracksuit) and

footwear (as uniform as possible). The wearing of spikes or cleats is not permitted

during competition and training.

The clothing of the competition participants must be worn at the training as

well as at the competition be identical.

3. Command and Command Language

3.1. Commands and commands can be given in the respective national language.

. The start of the fire brigade obstacle exercise is carried out by a Signal whistle to

bring along, as well as an announcement with a start signal.

3.2. In the relay race, the starting signal is given by the attack command.

4. Training

4.1. In order to give all competitors equal opportunities, the competition groups can train on

two days before the actual competition on the competition ground in the same stadium.

4.2. The training and competition plan will be handed over to the Youth Delegation Leader

when the nation registers. Each group receives the same amount of training time.

5. Festive events

The opening ceremony of the youth fire brigade meeting will take place on tuesday, 14

july, 2026 in the courtyard of the "Pavlínin dvůr" in the town of Šumperk.

The line-up at the ceremonial opening of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting on 14 July will take place in alphabetical order, using the Czech spelling of the

country names.

The nations will wear their name plaque at the top of the opening ceremony and at the

award ceremony and their national flag behind it, which will be provided by the host

country.

The table bearer is provided by the host country and the flag bearer is provided by

their own nation.

The youth groups are allowed to take their own flags/pennants with them at the opening

ceremony and at the award ceremony in their group.

For the ceremonial announcement of the winners on Saturday, July 18, 2026, all

youth groups will compete in the same order as at the opening of the youth camp.

6. Registration for participation

6.1. In order to be able to carry out the preparations in a timely manner, it is necessary to

make the pre-registration by 31 December 2025 and the definitive registration of

participants with naming by 30 March 2026 at the latest.

6.2. Pure boys' and girls' groups as well as mixed groups are permitted. From three groups of

girls, there is a separate evaluation.

6.3. After receipt of all registrations, the competition plan will be drawn up, from which

it is clear on which day, at what time and on which competition track

the groups compete in the competition.

6.4. For the training sessions as well as on the day of the competition, a valid passport or a

valid identity card must be presented to the calculation committee for each participant

when registering at the training / competition ground.

6.5. By registering to participate in the 25th IJFB, it is confirmed that:

the competition regulations are recognised.

6.5. The pre-registration per nation until 31.12.2025 is made with the attached table.

7. Participation fee for competition participants

7.1. The participation fees are payable for the following participants:

The participation fee is € 312,-- per participant for the entire

8. Reviewer

The evaluator's staff is made up of firefighters from the national fire brigade

associations that send groups to the 24th IJFB.

According to the competition regulations, the number of evaluators is 3 evaluators

per nation.

The registration of the evaluators must be done by February 28, 2026 via the LINK:

Only evaluators who have participated in the evaluator training in November

2025 in Linz/Austria are to be sent.

The participation fee according to point 7 is to be paid for each nominated evaluator.

9. Prices and Evaluation

As part of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting, the Cousin Cup and the

Hiking Prize of the City of Lappeenranta will also be awarded.

In the Vetter Cup, all competing groups are scored together, the first three groups receive

cash prizes.

The Lappeenranta Hiking Prize is intended for the first group of girls.

Each competition group receives a medal, each competition participant a competition

badge.

The Supervisor Youth, Delegation Leader Youth, Coach Youth, Translator Youth, Masseur

Youth, Evaluator Youth, Members of the IJLK, Advance Command, as well as the local

Supervisor Youth. Organisational staff will receive the competition clasp.

D) Information about the youth camp

1. Accommodation

For the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting there are sufficient

accommodations available in the local schools in Šumperk.

The accommodation of the youth groups and supervisors, delegation leaders, masseurs,

coaches is carried out in school classes. Camp beds will be provided for each participant.

Bedding must be brought along, toilet and shower facilities are available.

The youth evaluators are accommodated in shared rooms (student dormitory). The rooms

are equipped with sleeping beds, toilet and shower. The bedding is available for youth

evaluators.

Drivers of crew transport vehicles (MTF) can be accommodated in the school. They must

be registered correctly in the registration form. You will also have to pay the participation

fee.

Coaches are parked in a parking lot outside the schools (youth camp). We recommend

that the bus driver bring a bicycle or scooter.

A maximum of 2 team transport vehicle drivers are permitted per registered team.

1.1. Delegation leader youth, trainer youth, masseur youth, interpreter youth, drivers of

MTW and coaches can stay overnight in a hotel at their own expense or association

costs, but the

Head of Delegation is responsible for his delegation, i.e. he cannot hand over his

responsibility to another person. The participant fee for hotel accommodation

including meals is € 562.00. Registration must be made by 31.12.2025.

1.2. Supervisors and young people have to be accommodated in the youth camp. It can be

only the young people who are registered in the registration form will take part in the

competition.

1.3. On the day of arrival, a deposit of € 200.00 per youth group must be paid. The deposit

serves as a guarantee that all furnishings will be handed over properly and in complete

condition on the day of departure. The deposit will be refunded on departure, provided

there have been no defects.

2. Program

The detailed programme for the 25th IJFB will be sent to the nations after group

registration. Training and competition times will be created after the groups have

registered.

2.1. Exhibition of Nations

The Exhibition of Nations will take place in the Central Park on Friday morning, July 17,

2026. The nations are to involve the population and youth groups through a hands-on

activity in order to arouse interest in youth work and promote exchange among the

nations. For this exhibition, each nation has an area of approx. 3 by 3 meters at its

disposal. Each nation is provided with a wooden hut.

Posters, posters, photos, maps, flags and customary exhibits must be brought along for

the design.

In general, no alcoholic beverages may be served. If this regulation is not observed, the

stand can be closed.

2.2. Presentation of the nations

Each nation has to perform a performance (folklore) lasting between 3 and 5 minutes

with young people and supervisors who take part in the International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting. A performance by persons not registered for the youth fire brigade meeting is

not permitted.

The young people should be actively involved in the planning. The performances were to

be innovative and different from the previous youth encounters.

The presentation of the nations will take place on Friday afternoon, July 17, 2026, in the

courtyard of the "Pavlínin dvůr" in the town of Šumperk.

2.3. Camp Olympics

The camp Olympics will take place on a grass area (stadium grounds) after the

competition (Thursday).

1. For the translators who are brought by the nations, the official

Language GERMAN. This is required for participation in the International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting.

4. Bengal fire is prohibited at the event

(youth camp, stadium, venues).

5. Each nation will receive a national supervisor SUPERVISOR in English, who will solve all

organizational and necessary matters (e.g. doctor's visits) with the head of delegation.

The national coaches are available to each team 24 hours a day.

6. There is a strict ban on smoking and prohibition of alcohol in the presence of children and

young people.

A) Allgemeines

Die Ausschreibung der 25. Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung (IJFB) erfolgt nach

Beschluss der Internationalen Jugendleiterkommission und nach Genehmigung durch den

Exekutiven Rat des CTIF.

Die 25. IJFB findet von Montag, den 13. Juli bis Samstag, den 18. Juli 2025 in

Šumperk (Tschechien), unter der Leitung der Internationalen

Jugendleiterkommission (IJLK) des CTIF statt.

Mit der örtlichen Organisation ist der Landesverband der Freiwilligen Feuerwehren Böhmens,

Mährens und Schlesiens durch Beauftragung des tschechischen Nationalkomitee CTIF betraut.

Die Leitung der Organisation für das CTIF übernimmt der Vorsitzende der Internationalen

Jugendleiterkommission, Jörn-Hendrik KUINKE.

Mit der Bewerbsleitung ist vom CTIF der Internationale Bewerbsleiter für die IJFB, Michael

Wagner, Österreich, beauftragt worden.

Über die technische Durchführung der Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbewerbe geben die

Internationalen Bewerbsbestimmungen für Jugendfeuerwehren in der jeweils aktuellen

Fassung sowie die Festlegungen anlässlich der Bewerterschulung 2025 Auskunft.

Bei Differenzen in der Auslegung der Bewerbsbestimmung ist allein die DEUTSCHE

VERSION gültig.

Die Einladung ergeht an alle Nationalen Feuerwehrverbände des CTIF und es ist zu hoffen, dass

möglichst viele Verbände Jugendgruppen zur Begegnung entsenden.

C) Informationen zum Bewerb, Anmeldung und Kosten

1. Allgemeine Bestimmungen

1.1. Bei der 25. IJFB gelten die Internationalen Bewerbsbestimmungen der

Jugendfeuerwehren in der aktuellen Fassung. Gemäß der in diesem Regelwerk

festgelegten Altersgrenzen können die Jahrgänge 2010 bis 2016, mit Beschluss der

IJLK können auch jüngere Jahrgänge, an diesem Bewerb teilnehmen, diese werden

jedoch mit einem Alter von 10 Jahren gerechne.

1.2. Der Bewerb setzt sich aus der Feuerwehrhindernisübung und dem 400 m Staffellauf

zusammen.

1.3. Die Mannschaftsstärke einer Gruppe besteht aus 10 Jugendlichen (einschließlich 1

Reservemitglied) und 2 Jugendbetreuern.

Gemischte Bewerbsgruppen (Jungen und Mädchen) dürfen teilnehmen, werden jedoch

nicht als gesonderte Wertungsklasse geführt.

25. Internationale Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung

Mit Beschluss der IJLK und in Abstimmung mit der durchführenden Feuerwehr, besteht

die Möglichkeit für jede Nation eine zusätzliche Gruppe – ausschließlich Mädchen –

zu entsenden, sodass pro Nation maximal 3 Gruppen teilnehmen können. Diese 3

Gruppen müssen entweder 2 Jungen- oder gemischte Gruppen und 1 Mädchengruppe

umfassen oder auch 2 Mädchengruppen und 1 Jungen- oder gemischte Gruppe, jedoch

nicht 3 Jungen-, 3 Mädchengruppen oder 3 gemischte Gruppen.

Damit sollen den Mädchengruppen entsprechende Chancen eingeräumt werden, sodass

die nationale Entsendung von Mädchengruppen nicht zu Lasten der Jungen- oder

gemischten Gruppen geht. Diese zusätzliche Entsendung einer Gruppe ist immer nur

dann möglich, wenn die veranstaltende Feuerwehr Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten hat.

Pro nationalem Feuerwehrverband sind zur internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung

Folgende Teilnehmer zugelassen:

➢ drei Jugendgruppen (Aufteilung siehe oben)

➢ ein Delegationsleiter-Jugend

➢ ein Trainer-Jugend

➢ ein Masseur-Jugend

➢ ein Übersetzer-Jugend

Maximal können 40 Personen pro Nation im Jugendlager untergebracht

werden.

Jene Nation, welche den letzten Gewinner des Vetter-Pokals stellt, darf mit einer

zusätzlichen Bewerbsgruppe – als Titelverteidiger - dieser Nation am Bewerb antreten

(gem. Punkt 1.3. max. 12 Personen 10 Jugend + 2 Betreuer).

Jene Nation, welche die letzten Gewinnerinnen des Lappeenranta-Pokals stellt, darf mit

einer zusätzliche Mädchenmannschaft – als Titelverteidiger - dieser Nation am Bewerb

antreten (gem. Punkt 1.3. max. 12 Personen 10 Jugend + 2 Betreuer).

Laut Beschluss des Exekutiven Rates vom 25. und 26. März 1994 wird dem

Gastgeberland (Tschechien) die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, vier (davon mindestens

eine Mädchengruppe) Bewerbsgruppen zu dem Bewerb zu entsenden.

2. Geräte und Ausrüstung

2.1. Den Bewerbsgruppen wird vom Nationalen Organisationskomitee und von der intern.

Bewerbsleitung, das gemäß der Bewerbsbestimmung festgelegte Bewerbsgerät, für den

Bewerb beigestellt.

2.2. Die Bewerbsgeräte können auf der Homepage: www.ctif.cz eingesehen werden.

2.3. Die persönliche Ausrüstung hat jeder Bewerbsteilnehmer selbst mitzubringen.

Erforderlich sind der landesübliche Arbeitsanzug (keine Sportbekleidung bzw.

Trainingsanzug) der Feuerwehrjugend (Uniform), sowie ein Schutzhelm für die

Feuerwehrhindernisübung. Beim Bewerb und Training sind der landesübliche

Arbeitsanzug (keine Sportbekleidung bzw. Trainingsanzug) und Schuhwerk (möglichst

einheitliche Farbe) zu tragen. Das Tragen von Spikes oder Stollenschuhen ist beim

Bewerb und Training nicht gestattet.

Die Bekleidung der Bewerbsteilnehmer muss am Training sowie am Bewerb

identisch sein.

3. Befehls- und Kommandosprache

3.1. Befehle und Kommandos können in der jeweiligen Landessprache gegeben

werden. Der Start zur Feuerwehrhindernisübung erfolgt durch eine Signalpfeife, die

mitzubringen ist, sowie einer Durchsage mit einem Startsignal.

3.2. Beim Staffellauf wird das Startsignal durch einen Angriffsbefehl gegeben.

4. Training

4.1. Um allen Bewerbsteilnehmern gleiche Chancen zu geben, können die Bewerbsgruppen

das Training an zwei Tagen vor dem eigentlichen Bewerb auf dem Bewerbsplatz im selben

Stadion vornehmen.

4.2. Der Trainings- und Bewerbsplan wird bei der Anmeldung der Nation dem

Delegationsleiter-Jugend übergeben. Jede Gruppe erhält gleich lange Trainingszeiten.

5. Festliche Veranstaltungen

Die Eröffnungsfeier der Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung findet am Dienstag, den 14. Juli

2026 im Innenhof des „Pavlínin dvůr“ in der Stadt Šumperk statt.

Die Aufstellung bei der feierlichen Eröffnung der 25. Internationen

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung am 14. Juli erfolgt in alphabetischer Reihenfolge, wobei die

tschechische Schreibweise der Ländernamen verwendet wird.

Die Nationen tragen an der Spitze bei der Eröffnungsfeier sowie bei der Siegerehrung ihre

Namenstafel und dahinter ihre Nationale Fahne, die vom Veranstalterland beigestellt

werden.

Den Tafelträger stellt das Veranstalterland und den Fahnenträger stellt die eigene

Nation.

Die Jugendgruppen dürfen ihre eigenen Fahnen/Wimpeln bei der Eröffnungsfeier sowie

bei der Siegerehrung in ihrer Gruppe mitnehmen.

Zur feierlichen Siegerverkündung am Samstag, dem 18. Juli 2026 treten alle

Jugendgruppen in gleicher Ordnung wie bei der Eröffnung des Jugendlagers an.

6. Anmeldung zur Teilnahme

6.1. Um die Vorbereitungen zeitgerecht durchführen zu können, ist es erforderlich, die

Voranmeldung bis 31. Dezember 2025 und die definitive Teilnehmermeldung mit

Namensnennung bis spätestens 30. März 2026 vorzunehmen.

6.2. Zugelassen sind reine Jungen- und Mädchengruppen sowie gemischte Gruppen. Ab drei

Mädchengruppen erfolgt eine eigene Wertung.

6.3. Nach Eingang aller Anmeldungen wird der Bewerbsplan erstellt, aus dem

ersichtlich ist, an welchem Tag, zu welcher Zeit und auf welcher Bewerbsbahn

die Gruppen zum Bewerb antreten.

6.4. Zu den Trainings als auch am Bewerbstag sind bei der Anmeldung am Trainings- /

Bewerbsplatz je Teilnehmer ein gültiger Reisepass bzw. ein gültiger Personalausweis

dem Berechnungsausschuss vorzulegen.

6.5. Mit der Anmeldung zur Teilnahme zur 25. IJFB wird bestätigt, dass

die Bewerbsbestimmungen anerkannt werden.

6.5. Die Voranmeldung pro Nation bis zum 31.12.2025 erfolgt mit beigefügter Tabelle.

7. Teilnehmergebühr für Bewerbsteilnehmer

7.1. Die Teilnehmergebühren sind für folgende Teilnehmer zu entrichten:

Die Teilnehmergebühr muss bis spätestens zum 30.April eingezahlt werden auf.

Jede teilnehmende Nation erhält durch den Ausrichter (Tschechien) eine Rechnung,

gemäß den Angaben der Anmeldung.

7.2. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass aus organisatorischen Gründen keine Gruppen vor

dem 13. Juli 2026 anreisen können.

Eine Quartiernutzung ist nach dem 18. Juli 2026 aus organisatorischen Gründen

nicht möglich.

8. Bewerter

Der Bewerterstab setzt sich aus Feuerwehrangehörigen jener nationalen

Feuerwehrverbände zusammen, die Gruppen zu der 24. IJFB entsenden.

Die Anzahl der Bewerter ist laut Bewerbsbestimmung auf 3 Bewerter pro Nation

festgelegt.

Die Anmeldung der Bewerter muss bis zum 28. Februar 2026 über den LINK erfolgen:

Es sind nur Bewerter zu entsenden, welche an der Bewerterschulung im

November 2025 in Linz/Österreich teilgenommen haben.

Die Teilnehmergebühr gem. Punkt 7 ist für jeden nominierten Bewerter zu

entrichten.

9. Preise und Wertung

Im Rahmen der 25. Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung werden auch der

Vetterpokal und der Wanderpreis der Stadt Lappeenranta vergeben.

Beim Vetterpokal werden alle angetretenen Gruppen gemeinsam gewertet, die ersten

drei Gruppen erhalten Geldpreise.

Der Lappeenranta Wanderpreis ist für die erste Mädchengruppe vorgesehen.

Jede Bewerbsgruppe erhält eine Medaille, jeder Bewerbsteilnehmer ein

Bewerbsabzeichen.

Die Betreuer-Jugend, Delegationsleiter-Jugend, Trainer-Jugend, Übersetzer-Jugend,

Masseur-Jugend, Bewerter-Jugend, Mitglieder der IJLK, Vorauskommando, sowie das

örtl. Organisationspersonal erhalten die Bewerbsspange.

D) Informationen zum Jugendlager

1. Unterbringung

Für die 25. internationale Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung stehen ausreichend Quartiere in

den örtlichen Schulen in Šumperk zur Verfügung.

Die Unterbringung der Jugendgruppen und Betreuer, Delegationsleiter, Masseure, Trainer

erfolgt in Schulklassen. Feldbetten werden jedem Teilnehmenden gestellt. Bettzeug ist

mitzubringen, WC- und Duschanalgen sind vorhanden.

Die Jugendbewerter sind in Mehrbettzimmer (Studentenheim) untergebracht. Die Zimmer

sind mit Schlafbetten, WC- und Dusche ausgestattet. Das Bettzeug ist für Jugendbewerter

vorhanden.

Fahrer von Mannschafttransportfahrzeugen (MTF) können in der Schule untergebracht

werden. Sie müssen im Anmeldungsformular richtig angemeldet werden. Sie müssen

auch die Teilnehmergebühr bezahlen.

Reisebusse werden auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb der Schulen (Jugendlager) abgestellt.

Wir empfehlen den Busfahrer ein Fahrrad oder einen Roller mitzubringen.

Pro angemeldetes Team sind maximal 2 Fahrer von Mannschaftstransportfahrzeugen

zulässig.

1.1. Delegationsleiter-Jugend, Trainer-Jugend, Masseur-Jugend, Dolmetscher-Jugend,

Fahrer von MTW sowie von Reisebussen können in einem Hotel auf eigene Kosten resp.

Verbandskosten übernachten, jedoch bleibt der

Delegationsleiter für seine Delegation verantwortlich, d.h. er kann seine Verantwortung

nicht an eine andere Person übergeben. Die Teilnehmergebühr für

Hotelübernachtung inkl. Verpflegung beträgt 562,00 €. Die Anmeldung ist bis

zum 31.12.2025 vorzunehmen.

1.2. Betreuer und Jugendliche müssen im Jugendlager untergebracht werden. Es können

nur die Jugendlichen, welche im Anmeldungsformular angemeldet sind, am Bewerb

teilnehmen.

1.3. Am Anreisetag ist pro Jugendgruppe eine Kaution von 200,00 € zu entrichten. Die

Kaution dient zur Sicherheit, dass alle Einrichtungsgegenstände ordnungsgemäß und im

vollständigen Zustand am Abreisetag übergeben werden. Die Kaution wird bei Abreise

rückerstattet, sofern es keine Mängel gegeben hat.

2. Programm

Das detaillierte Programm für die 25. IJFB wird nach Gruppenanmeldung den Nationen

zugesendet. Trainings- und Wettbewerbszeiten werden nach Anmeldung der Gruppen

erstellt.

2.1. Ausstellung der Nationen

Die Ausstellung der Nationen findet im Zentralpark am Freitagvormittag, den 17.Juli

2026, statt. Die Nationen sollen durch eine Mitmach-Aktion die Bevölkerung und die

Jugendgruppen mit einbeziehen, um so das Interesse an der Jugendarbeit zu wecken

und den Austausch unter den Nationen zu fördern. Für diese Ausstellung steht jeder

Nation eine Fläche von ca. 3 mal 3 Meter zur Verfügung. Jeder Nation wird eine

Holzhütte zur Verfügung gestellt.

Für die Gestaltung sind Plakate, Poster, Fotos, Landkarten, Fahnen und landesübliche

Ausstellungsstücke mitzubringen.

Es dürfen generell keine alkoholischen Getränke ausgeschenkt werden. Bei nicht

Beachtung dieser Vorschrift kann der Stand geschlossen werden.

2.2. Vorstellung der Nationen

Jede Nation hat mit Jugendlichen und Betreuenden, welche an der Internationalen

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung teilnehmen eine Darbietung (Folklore), die zwischen 3 und

5 Minuten dauert, vorzutragen. Eine Darbietung durch nicht an der

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung angemeldete Personen ist nicht gestattet.

Bei den Planungen sollten die Jugendlichen aktiv mit einbezogen werden. Die

Vorstellungen sollten innovativ sein und sich von den vorherigen Jugendbegegnungen

unterscheiden.

Die Vorstellung der Nationen findet am Freitagnachmittag, dem 17.Juli 2026, im

Innenhof des „Pavlínin dvůr“ in der Stadt Šumperk statt.

2.3. Lagerolympiade

Die Lagerolympiade findet auf einem Rasengelände (Stadiongelände) nach dem Bewerb

(Donnerstag) statt.

A) General

The announcement of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting (IJFB) is made after

a decision by the International Youth Leaders Commission and after approval by the

Executive Council of CTIF.

The 25th IJFB will take place from Monday, July 13 to Saturday, July 18, 2025 in

Šumperk (Czech Republic), under the leadership of CTIF's International Youth

Leaders Commission (IJLK).

The local organisation is entrusted to the National Association of Volunteer Fire Brigades of

Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia by commissioning the Czech National Committee CTIF.

The organisation for CTIF will be led by the Chair of the International Youth Leaders

Commission, Jörn-Hendrik KUINKE.

The International Competition Director for the IJFB, Michael Wagner, Austria, has been

commissioned by CTIF to direct the competition.

Information on the technical implementation of the International Youth Fire Brigade

Competitions can be found in the International Competition Regulations for Youth Fire Brigades

in the current version as well as the regulations on the occasion of the 2025 evaluator training.

In the event of differences in the interpretation of the competition provision, only the GERMAN

VERSION shall be valid.

The invitation is extended to all National Fire Brigade Associations of CTIF and it is hoped that

as many associations as possible will send youth groups to the meeting.

C) Information about the competition, registration and costs

1. General Provisions

1.1. At the 25th IJFB, the International Competition Regulations of the Youth Fire Brigades

apply in the current version. According to the age limits set out in these rules , those

born between 2010 and 2016, and younger age groups can also participate in

this competition by decision of the IJLK, however, these are calculated at an age of

10 years.

1.2. The competition consists of the fire brigade obstacle exercise and the 400 m relay

race .

1.3. The team strength of a group consists of 10 young people (including 1 reserve

member) and 2 youth workers.

Mixed competition groups (boys and girls) are allowed to participate, but are not listed

as a separate classification class.

With the decision of the IJLK and in coordination with the fire brigade, it is possible to

send an additional group for each nation – exclusively girls – so that a maximum of 3

groups per nation can participate. These 3 groups must include either 2 boys' or mixed

groups and 1 girls' group, or 2 girls' groups and 1 boys' or mixed group, but not 3 boys'

groups, 3 girls' groups or 3 mixed groups.

This is intended to give the girls' groups appropriate opportunities, so that the national

deployment of girls' groups is not at the expense of the boys' or mixed groups. This

additional sending of a group is only possible if the organising fire brigade has

accommodation facilities.

The following participants per national fire brigade association are admitted to the

international youth fire brigade meeting:

➢ three youth groups (see above for the breakdown)

➢ a youth delegation leader

➢ a youth coach

➢ a masseur youth

➢ a young translator

A maximum of 40 people per nation can be accommodated in the youth camp

.

The nation that provides the last winner of the Vetter Cup may compete in the

competition with an additional competition group - as the defending champion - of this

nation (according to point 1.3. max. 12 people, 10 youth + 2 coaches).

The nation that provides the last winners of the Lappeenranta Cup may compete in the

competition with an additional girls' team - as the defending champion - of this nation

(according to point 1.3. max. 12 people, 10 youth + 2 coaches).

According to the decision of the Executive Council of 25 and 26 March 1994, the host

country (Czech Republic) will be given the opportunity to send four competition

groups (including at least one girls' group) to the competition.

2. Devices and equipment

2.1. The competition groups are selected by the National Organising Committee and the

intern. Competition management, the competition device specified in accordance with

the competition regulations, provided for the competition.

2.2. The competition equipment can be viewed on the homepage: www.ctif.cz .

2.3. Each participant must bring their own personal equipment.

The usual work suit (no sportswear or tracksuit) of the youth fire brigade (uniform), as

well as a safety helmet for the fire brigade obstacle exercise are required. During

competition and training , the customary work suit (no sportswear or tracksuit) and

footwear (as uniform as possible). The wearing of spikes or cleats is not permitted

during competition and training.

The clothing of the competition participants must be worn at the training as

well as at the competition be identical.

3. Command and Command Language

3.1. Commands and commands can be given in the respective national language.

. The start of the fire brigade obstacle exercise is carried out by a Signal whistle to

bring along, as well as an announcement with a start signal.

3.2. In the relay race, the starting signal is given by the attack command.

4. Training

4.1. In order to give all competitors equal opportunities, the competition groups can train on

two days before the actual competition on the competition ground in the same stadium.

4.2. The training and competition plan will be handed over to the Youth Delegation Leader

when the nation registers. Each group receives the same amount of training time.

5. Festive events

The opening ceremony of the youth fire brigade meeting will take place on tuesday, 14

july, 2026 in the courtyard of the "Pavlínin dvůr" in the town of Šumperk.

The line-up at the ceremonial opening of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting on 14 July will take place in alphabetical order, using the Czech spelling of the

country names.

The nations will wear their name plaque at the top of the opening ceremony and at the

award ceremony and their national flag behind it, which will be provided by the host

country.

The table bearer is provided by the host country and the flag bearer is provided by

their own nation.

The youth groups are allowed to take their own flags/pennants with them at the opening

ceremony and at the award ceremony in their group.

For the ceremonial announcement of the winners on Saturday, July 18, 2026, all

youth groups will compete in the same order as at the opening of the youth camp.

6. Registration for participation

6.1. In order to be able to carry out the preparations in a timely manner, it is necessary to

make the pre-registration by 31 December 2025 and the definitive registration of

participants with naming by 30 March 2026 at the latest.

6.2. Pure boys' and girls' groups as well as mixed groups are permitted. From three groups of

girls, there is a separate evaluation.

6.3. After receipt of all registrations, the competition plan will be drawn up, from which

it is clear on which day, at what time and on which competition track

the groups compete in the competition.

6.4. For the training sessions as well as on the day of the competition, a valid passport or a

valid identity card must be presented to the calculation committee for each participant

when registering at the training / competition ground.

6.5. By registering to participate in the 25th IJFB, it is confirmed that:

the competition regulations are recognised.

6.5. The pre-registration per nation until 31.12.2025 is made with the attached table.

7. Participation fee for competition participants

7.1. The participation fees are payable for the following participants:

8. Reviewer

The evaluator's staff is made up of firefighters from the national fire brigade

associations that send groups to the 24th IJFB.

According to the competition regulations, the number of evaluators is 3 evaluators

per nation.

The registration of the evaluators must be done by February 28, 2026 via the LINK:

Only evaluators who have participated in the evaluator training in November

2025 in Linz/Austria are to be sent.

The participation fee according to point 7 is to be paid for each nominated evaluator.

9. Prices and Evaluation

As part of the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting, the Cousin Cup and the

Hiking Prize of the City of Lappeenranta will also be awarded.

In the Vetter Cup, all competing groups are scored together, the first three groups receive

cash prizes.

The Lappeenranta Hiking Prize is intended for the first group of girls.

Each competition group receives a medal, each competition participant a competition

badge.

The Supervisor Youth, Delegation Leader Youth, Coach Youth, Translator Youth, Masseur

Youth, Evaluator Youth, Members of the IJLK, Advance Command, as well as the local

Supervisor Youth. Organisational staff will receive the competition clasp.

D) Information about the youth camp

1. Accommodation

For the 25th International Youth Fire Brigade Meeting there are sufficient

accommodations available in the local schools in Šumperk.

The accommodation of the youth groups and supervisors, delegation leaders, masseurs,

coaches is carried out in school classes. Camp beds will be provided for each participant.

Bedding must be brought along, toilet and shower facilities are available.

The youth evaluators are accommodated in shared rooms (student dormitory). The rooms

are equipped with sleeping beds, toilet and shower. The bedding is available for youth

evaluators.

Drivers of crew transport vehicles (MTF) can be accommodated in the school. They must

be registered correctly in the registration form. You will also have to pay the participation

fee.

Coaches are parked in a parking lot outside the schools (youth camp). We recommend

that the bus driver bring a bicycle or scooter.

A maximum of 2 team transport vehicle drivers are permitted per registered team.

1.1. Delegation leader youth, trainer youth, masseur youth, interpreter youth, drivers of

MTW and coaches can stay overnight in a hotel at their own expense or association

costs, but the

Head of Delegation is responsible for his delegation, i.e. he cannot hand over his

responsibility to another person. The participant fee for hotel accommodation

including meals is € 562.00. Registration must be made by 31.12.2025.

1.2. Supervisors and young people have to be accommodated in the youth camp. It can be

only the young people who are registered in the registration form will take part in the

competition.

1.3. On the day of arrival, a deposit of € 200.00 per youth group must be paid. The deposit

serves as a guarantee that all furnishings will be handed over properly and in complete

condition on the day of departure. The deposit will be refunded on departure, provided

there have been no defects.

2. Program

The detailed programme for the 25th IJFB will be sent to the nations after group

registration. Training and competition times will be created after the groups have

registered.

2.1. Exhibition of Nations

The Exhibition of Nations will take place in the Central Park on Friday morning, July 17,

2026. The nations are to involve the population and youth groups through a hands-on

activity in order to arouse interest in youth work and promote exchange among the

nations. For this exhibition, each nation has an area of approx. 3 by 3 meters at its

disposal. Each nation is provided with a wooden hut.

Posters, posters, photos, maps, flags and customary exhibits must be brought along for

the design.

In general, no alcoholic beverages may be served. If this regulation is not observed, the

stand can be closed.

2.2. Presentation of the nations

Each nation has to perform a performance (folklore) lasting between 3 and 5 minutes

with young people and supervisors who take part in the International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting. A performance by persons not registered for the youth fire brigade meeting is

not permitted.

The young people should be actively involved in the planning. The performances were to

be innovative and different from the previous youth encounters.

The presentation of the nations will take place on Friday afternoon, July 17, 2026, in the

courtyard of the "Pavlínin dvůr" in the town of Šumperk.

2.3. Camp Olympics

The camp Olympics will take place on a grass area (stadium grounds) after the

competition (Thursday).

1. For the translators who are brought by the nations, the official

Language GERMAN. This is required for participation in the International Youth Fire Brigade

Meeting.

4. Bengal fire is prohibited at the event

(youth camp, stadium, venues).

5. Each nation will receive a national supervisor SUPERVISOR in English, who will solve all

organizational and necessary matters (e.g. doctor's visits) with the head of delegation.

The national coaches are available to each team 24 hours a day.

6. There is a strict ban on smoking and prohibition of alcohol in the presence of children and

young people.

A) Allgemeines

Die Ausschreibung der 25. Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung (IJFB) erfolgt nach

Beschluss der Internationalen Jugendleiterkommission und nach Genehmigung durch den

Exekutiven Rat des CTIF.

Die 25. IJFB findet von Montag, den 13. Juli bis Samstag, den 18. Juli 2025 in

Šumperk (Tschechien), unter der Leitung der Internationalen

Jugendleiterkommission (IJLK) des CTIF statt.

Mit der örtlichen Organisation ist der Landesverband der Freiwilligen Feuerwehren Böhmens,

Mährens und Schlesiens durch Beauftragung des tschechischen Nationalkomitee CTIF betraut.

Die Leitung der Organisation für das CTIF übernimmt der Vorsitzende der Internationalen

Jugendleiterkommission, Jörn-Hendrik KUINKE.

Mit der Bewerbsleitung ist vom CTIF der Internationale Bewerbsleiter für die IJFB, Michael

Wagner, Österreich, beauftragt worden.

Über die technische Durchführung der Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbewerbe geben die

Internationalen Bewerbsbestimmungen für Jugendfeuerwehren in der jeweils aktuellen

Fassung sowie die Festlegungen anlässlich der Bewerterschulung 2025 Auskunft.

Bei Differenzen in der Auslegung der Bewerbsbestimmung ist allein die DEUTSCHE

VERSION gültig.

Die Einladung ergeht an alle Nationalen Feuerwehrverbände des CTIF und es ist zu hoffen, dass

möglichst viele Verbände Jugendgruppen zur Begegnung entsenden.

C) Informationen zum Bewerb, Anmeldung und Kosten

1. Allgemeine Bestimmungen

1.1. Bei der 25. IJFB gelten die Internationalen Bewerbsbestimmungen der

Jugendfeuerwehren in der aktuellen Fassung. Gemäß der in diesem Regelwerk

festgelegten Altersgrenzen können die Jahrgänge 2010 bis 2016, mit Beschluss der

IJLK können auch jüngere Jahrgänge, an diesem Bewerb teilnehmen, diese werden

jedoch mit einem Alter von 10 Jahren gerechne.

1.2. Der Bewerb setzt sich aus der Feuerwehrhindernisübung und dem 400 m Staffellauf

zusammen.

1.3. Die Mannschaftsstärke einer Gruppe besteht aus 10 Jugendlichen (einschließlich 1

Reservemitglied) und 2 Jugendbetreuern.

Gemischte Bewerbsgruppen (Jungen und Mädchen) dürfen teilnehmen, werden jedoch

nicht als gesonderte Wertungsklasse geführt.

Mit Beschluss der IJLK und in Abstimmung mit der durchführenden Feuerwehr, besteht

die Möglichkeit für jede Nation eine zusätzliche Gruppe – ausschließlich Mädchen –

zu entsenden, sodass pro Nation maximal 3 Gruppen teilnehmen können. Diese 3

Gruppen müssen entweder 2 Jungen- oder gemischte Gruppen und 1 Mädchengruppe

umfassen oder auch 2 Mädchengruppen und 1 Jungen- oder gemischte Gruppe, jedoch

nicht 3 Jungen-, 3 Mädchengruppen oder 3 gemischte Gruppen.

Damit sollen den Mädchengruppen entsprechende Chancen eingeräumt werden, sodass

die nationale Entsendung von Mädchengruppen nicht zu Lasten der Jungen- oder

gemischten Gruppen geht. Diese zusätzliche Entsendung einer Gruppe ist immer nur

dann möglich, wenn die veranstaltende Feuerwehr Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten hat.

Pro nationalem Feuerwehrverband sind zur internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung

Folgende Teilnehmer zugelassen:

➢ drei Jugendgruppen (Aufteilung siehe oben)

➢ ein Delegationsleiter-Jugend

➢ ein Trainer-Jugend

➢ ein Masseur-Jugend

➢ ein Übersetzer-Jugend

Maximal können 40 Personen pro Nation im Jugendlager untergebracht

werden.

Jene Nation, welche den letzten Gewinner des Vetter-Pokals stellt, darf mit einer

zusätzlichen Bewerbsgruppe – als Titelverteidiger - dieser Nation am Bewerb antreten

(gem. Punkt 1.3. max. 12 Personen 10 Jugend + 2 Betreuer).

Jene Nation, welche die letzten Gewinnerinnen des Lappeenranta-Pokals stellt, darf mit

einer zusätzliche Mädchenmannschaft – als Titelverteidiger - dieser Nation am Bewerb

antreten (gem. Punkt 1.3. max. 12 Personen 10 Jugend + 2 Betreuer).

Laut Beschluss des Exekutiven Rates vom 25. und 26. März 1994 wird dem

Gastgeberland (Tschechien) die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, vier (davon mindestens

eine Mädchengruppe) Bewerbsgruppen zu dem Bewerb zu entsenden.

2. Geräte und Ausrüstung

2.1. Den Bewerbsgruppen wird vom Nationalen Organisationskomitee und von der intern.

Bewerbsleitung, das gemäß der Bewerbsbestimmung festgelegte Bewerbsgerät, für den

Bewerb beigestellt.

2.2. Die Bewerbsgeräte können auf der Homepage: www.ctif.cz eingesehen werden.

2.3. Die persönliche Ausrüstung hat jeder Bewerbsteilnehmer selbst mitzubringen.

Erforderlich sind der landesübliche Arbeitsanzug (keine Sportbekleidung bzw.

Trainingsanzug) der Feuerwehrjugend (Uniform), sowie ein Schutzhelm für die

Feuerwehrhindernisübung. Beim Bewerb und Training sind der landesübliche

Arbeitsanzug (keine Sportbekleidung bzw. Trainingsanzug) und Schuhwerk (möglichst

einheitliche Farbe) zu tragen. Das Tragen von Spikes oder Stollenschuhen ist beim

Bewerb und Training nicht gestattet.

Die Bekleidung der Bewerbsteilnehmer muss am Training sowie am Bewerb

identisch sein.

3. Befehls- und Kommandosprache

3.1. Befehle und Kommandos können in der jeweiligen Landessprache gegeben

werden. Der Start zur Feuerwehrhindernisübung erfolgt durch eine Signalpfeife, die

mitzubringen ist, sowie einer Durchsage mit einem Startsignal.

3.2. Beim Staffellauf wird das Startsignal durch einen Angriffsbefehl gegeben.

4. Training

4.1. Um allen Bewerbsteilnehmern gleiche Chancen zu geben, können die Bewerbsgruppen

das Training an zwei Tagen vor dem eigentlichen Bewerb auf dem Bewerbsplatz im selben

Stadion vornehmen.

4.2. Der Trainings- und Bewerbsplan wird bei der Anmeldung der Nation dem

Delegationsleiter-Jugend übergeben. Jede Gruppe erhält gleich lange Trainingszeiten.

5. Festliche Veranstaltungen

Die Eröffnungsfeier der Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung findet am Dienstag, den 14. Juli

2026 im Innenhof des „Pavlínin dvůr“ in der Stadt Šumperk statt.

Die Aufstellung bei der feierlichen Eröffnung der 25. Internationen

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung am 14. Juli erfolgt in alphabetischer Reihenfolge, wobei die

tschechische Schreibweise der Ländernamen verwendet wird.

Die Nationen tragen an der Spitze bei der Eröffnungsfeier sowie bei der Siegerehrung ihre

Namenstafel und dahinter ihre Nationale Fahne, die vom Veranstalterland beigestellt

werden.

Den Tafelträger stellt das Veranstalterland und den Fahnenträger stellt die eigene

Nation.

Die Jugendgruppen dürfen ihre eigenen Fahnen/Wimpeln bei der Eröffnungsfeier sowie

bei der Siegerehrung in ihrer Gruppe mitnehmen.

Zur feierlichen Siegerverkündung am Samstag, dem 18. Juli 2026 treten alle

Jugendgruppen in gleicher Ordnung wie bei der Eröffnung des Jugendlagers an.

6. Anmeldung zur Teilnahme

6.1. Um die Vorbereitungen zeitgerecht durchführen zu können, ist es erforderlich, die

Voranmeldung bis 31. Dezember 2025 und die definitive Teilnehmermeldung mit

Namensnennung bis spätestens 30. März 2026 vorzunehmen.

6.2. Zugelassen sind reine Jungen- und Mädchengruppen sowie gemischte Gruppen. Ab drei

Mädchengruppen erfolgt eine eigene Wertung.

6.3. Nach Eingang aller Anmeldungen wird der Bewerbsplan erstellt, aus dem

ersichtlich ist, an welchem Tag, zu welcher Zeit und auf welcher Bewerbsbahn

die Gruppen zum Bewerb antreten.

6.4. Zu den Trainings als auch am Bewerbstag sind bei der Anmeldung am Trainings- /

Bewerbsplatz je Teilnehmer ein gültiger Reisepass bzw. ein gültiger Personalausweis

dem Berechnungsausschuss vorzulegen.

6.5. Mit der Anmeldung zur Teilnahme zur 25. IJFB wird bestätigt, dass

die Bewerbsbestimmungen anerkannt werden.

6.5. Die Voranmeldung pro Nation bis zum 31.12.2025 erfolgt mit beigefügter Tabelle.

7. Teilnehmergebühr für Bewerbsteilnehmer

7.1. Die Teilnehmergebühren sind für folgende Teilnehmer zu entrichten:

• Übersetzer-Jugend

• Masseur-Jugend

• Bewerter-Jugend,

• Busfahrer

Die Teilnehmergebühr beträgt € 312,-- pro Teilnehmer für die gesamte

Dauer der Veranstaltung:

vom 13. Juli Abendessen (Lunchpaket) bis 18. Juli Mittagessen und Lunchpaket

Die Teilnehmergebühr muss bis spätestens zum 30.April eingezahlt werden auf.

Jede teilnehmende Nation erhält durch den Ausrichter (Tschechien) eine Rechnung,

gemäß den Angaben der Anmeldung.

7.2. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass aus organisatorischen Gründen keine Gruppen vor

dem 13. Juli 2026 anreisen können.

Eine Quartiernutzung ist nach dem 18. Juli 2026 aus organisatorischen Gründen

nicht möglich.

8. Bewerter

Der Bewerterstab setzt sich aus Feuerwehrangehörigen jener nationalen

Feuerwehrverbände zusammen, die Gruppen zu der 24. IJFB entsenden.

Die Anzahl der Bewerter ist laut Bewerbsbestimmung auf 3 Bewerter pro Nation

festgelegt.

Die Anmeldung der Bewerter muss bis zum 28. Februar 2026 über den LINK erfolgen:

Es sind nur Bewerter zu entsenden, welche an der Bewerterschulung im

November 2025 in Linz/Österreich teilgenommen haben.

Die Teilnehmergebühr gem. Punkt 7 ist für jeden nominierten Bewerter zu

entrichten.

9. Preise und Wertung

Im Rahmen der 25. Internationalen Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung werden auch der

Vetterpokal und der Wanderpreis der Stadt Lappeenranta vergeben.

Beim Vetterpokal werden alle angetretenen Gruppen gemeinsam gewertet, die ersten

drei Gruppen erhalten Geldpreise.

Der Lappeenranta Wanderpreis ist für die erste Mädchengruppe vorgesehen.

Jede Bewerbsgruppe erhält eine Medaille, jeder Bewerbsteilnehmer ein

Bewerbsabzeichen.

Die Betreuer-Jugend, Delegationsleiter-Jugend, Trainer-Jugend, Übersetzer-Jugend,

Masseur-Jugend, Bewerter-Jugend, Mitglieder der IJLK, Vorauskommando, sowie das

örtl. Organisationspersonal erhalten die Bewerbsspange.

D) Informationen zum Jugendlager

1. Unterbringung

Für die 25. internationale Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung stehen ausreichend Quartiere in

den örtlichen Schulen in Šumperk zur Verfügung.

Die Unterbringung der Jugendgruppen und Betreuer, Delegationsleiter, Masseure, Trainer

erfolgt in Schulklassen. Feldbetten werden jedem Teilnehmenden gestellt. Bettzeug ist

mitzubringen, WC- und Duschanalgen sind vorhanden.

Die Jugendbewerter sind in Mehrbettzimmer (Studentenheim) untergebracht. Die Zimmer

sind mit Schlafbetten, WC- und Dusche ausgestattet. Das Bettzeug ist für Jugendbewerter

vorhanden.

Fahrer von Mannschafttransportfahrzeugen (MTF) können in der Schule untergebracht

werden. Sie müssen im Anmeldungsformular richtig angemeldet werden. Sie müssen

auch die Teilnehmergebühr bezahlen.

Reisebusse werden auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb der Schulen (Jugendlager) abgestellt.

Wir empfehlen den Busfahrer ein Fahrrad oder einen Roller mitzubringen.

Pro angemeldetes Team sind maximal 2 Fahrer von Mannschaftstransportfahrzeugen

zulässig.

1.1. Delegationsleiter-Jugend, Trainer-Jugend, Masseur-Jugend, Dolmetscher-Jugend,

Fahrer von MTW sowie von Reisebussen können in einem Hotel auf eigene Kosten resp.

Verbandskosten übernachten, jedoch bleibt der

Delegationsleiter für seine Delegation verantwortlich, d.h. er kann seine Verantwortung

nicht an eine andere Person übergeben. Die Teilnehmergebühr für

Hotelübernachtung inkl. Verpflegung beträgt 562,00 €. Die Anmeldung ist bis

zum 31.12.2025 vorzunehmen.

1.2. Betreuer und Jugendliche müssen im Jugendlager untergebracht werden. Es können

nur die Jugendlichen, welche im Anmeldungsformular angemeldet sind, am Bewerb

teilnehmen.

1.3. Am Anreisetag ist pro Jugendgruppe eine Kaution von 200,00 € zu entrichten. Die

Kaution dient zur Sicherheit, dass alle Einrichtungsgegenstände ordnungsgemäß und im

vollständigen Zustand am Abreisetag übergeben werden. Die Kaution wird bei Abreise

rückerstattet, sofern es keine Mängel gegeben hat.

2. Programm

Das detaillierte Programm für die 25. IJFB wird nach Gruppenanmeldung den Nationen

zugesendet. Trainings- und Wettbewerbszeiten werden nach Anmeldung der Gruppen

erstellt.

2.1. Ausstellung der Nationen

Die Ausstellung der Nationen findet im Zentralpark am Freitagvormittag, den 17.Juli

2026, statt. Die Nationen sollen durch eine Mitmach-Aktion die Bevölkerung und die

Jugendgruppen mit einbeziehen, um so das Interesse an der Jugendarbeit zu wecken

und den Austausch unter den Nationen zu fördern. Für diese Ausstellung steht jeder

Nation eine Fläche von ca. 3 mal 3 Meter zur Verfügung. Jeder Nation wird eine

Holzhütte zur Verfügung gestellt.

Für die Gestaltung sind Plakate, Poster, Fotos, Landkarten, Fahnen und landesübliche

Ausstellungsstücke mitzubringen.

Es dürfen generell keine alkoholischen Getränke ausgeschenkt werden. Bei nicht

Beachtung dieser Vorschrift kann der Stand geschlossen werden.

2.2. Vorstellung der Nationen

Jede Nation hat mit Jugendlichen und Betreuenden, welche an der Internationalen

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung teilnehmen eine Darbietung (Folklore), die zwischen 3 und

5 Minuten dauert, vorzutragen. Eine Darbietung durch nicht an der

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung angemeldete Personen ist nicht gestattet.

Bei den Planungen sollten die Jugendlichen aktiv mit einbezogen werden. Die

Vorstellungen sollten innovativ sein und sich von den vorherigen Jugendbegegnungen

unterscheiden.

Die Vorstellung der Nationen findet am Freitagnachmittag, dem 17.Juli 2026, im

Innenhof des „Pavlínin dvůr“ in der Stadt Šumperk statt.

2.3. Lagerolympiade

Die Lagerolympiade findet auf einem Rasengelände (Stadiongelände) nach dem Bewerb

(Donnerstag) statt.

1. Für die Übersetzer, welche von den Nationen mitgebracht werden, gilt als offizielle

Sprache DEUTSCH. Diese ist für die Teilnahme an der Internationalen

Jugendfeuerwehrbegegnung erforderlich.

4. Auf der Veranstaltung ist bengalisches Feuer verboten

(Jugendlager, Stadion, Veranstaltungsorte).

5. Jede Nation erhält einen Nationenbetreuer BETREUER in englischer Sprache, der mit dem

Delegationsleiter alle organisatorischen und notwendigen Dinge (z. Bsp. Arztbesuche)

lösen wird. Die Nationenbetreuer stehen jeder Mannschaft 24 Stunden zur Verfügung.

6. Es gilt ein striktes Alkohol- und Rauchverbot im Beisein von Kindern und Jugendlichen.
