I am writing to inquire whether any official/administrative fees and/or specific national requirements apply in Estonia in relation to Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) for hazardous mixtures under CLP Annex VIII (including notifications submitted via the ECHA Submission Portal).

Could you please confirm:

- whether any fees apply for initial PCN submissions and/or updates,

- whether there are any fees or formal requirements related to listing a Poison Centre / emergency telephone number in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in particular SDS Section 1.4 (e.g., contract/registration/paid permission), and which number(s) should be used.
