place on 16 March 2026 in Riga, Latvia, at Hanzas Perons.
Europe’s workforce is evolving fast. Artificial intelligence, demographic shifts, and geopolitical changes
are transforming how Europeans learn and work. These shifts have far-reaching implications not only
for productivity and competitiveness of European countries, but also for social cohesion, economic
security, and long-term resilience across Europe and its partner countries.
The Forum is the first interdisciplinary event of its kind in Europe, bringing together 700+ decision-
makers from business, government, public employment services, academia, and civil society. The goal
is to define together what it takes to build a competitive, sustainable, and secure workforce that is
ready for an AI-powered future.
