Dear Maret,
Letter of Agreement
This letter outlines the understanding and agreement between the Estonian Soeial lnsuranee Board (SIB) and Triple
P UK Ltd ("TPUK") regarding the provision of Serviees (Training, Aeereditation, and lmplementation Support), Triple
P for Baby online programme aeeess eodes and Programme Resourees. The objeet of the letteris to provide details
of the Serviees, Programme Resourees, the online programme aeeess eodes, the translation serviees required to
enable the Serviees, Programme Resourees and online programme to be delivered, and to define the
responsibilities of both parties. Please let us know immediately in writing if your understanding differs to what is set
out below.
1. TRIPLE P SERVICES
The details of the Serviees to be undertaken by TPUK for SIB and the assoeiated eosts appear in Table 1 and
Annexure A. The timing for eondueting Training Courses in 2026 and 2027 must be advised by SIB during 2026,
no later than 6 weeks prior to the proposed training Serviees. lt is noted that Training Courses for 2026 and 2027
are stiil tobe eonfirmed by SIB. SIB mustadvise TPUK during 2026 whether Training Courses for 2026 and 2027
are required. lf SIB advises TPUK in 2026 that Training Courses for 2026 and 2027 are required, the parties will
agree on dates for eondueting T raining Courses in 2026.
The term of the Letter of Agreement is from the date of signing by the last party, until the date the last of the serviees
detailed in Table 1, including the serviees for Training Course in 2027 in Table 1 whieh is to be eonfirmed during
2026, is provided and paid for under this agreement.
Purehase of the Triple P for Baby online programme aeeess eodes will also entitle SIB to aeeess to an Online
Management System (eode delivery, monitoring and reporting) as outlined below.
2. THE TRIPLE P TRAINER The Serviees will be presented by an aeeredited Trainer with postgraduate qualifieations approved by the University
of Queensland.

3. VENUE AND EQUIPMENT SIB will be responsible for the provision of an appropriate venue and equipment (aeeording to speeifieations outlined
in Annexure B of this Letter of Agreement) and for eatering if required. Details of the venue's loeation should be
given to TPUK a reasonable time prior to the eommencement of the training. SIB confirms that the event and training
room complies with all loeal eonditions.
4. TRANSLA TIONS SIB will engage a serviee provider to perform translation and translation review funetions (the Serviee Provider(s))
to translate the Triple P Programme Resourees and related printed and digital materials required for delivery of the
Serviees and the Triple P for Baby online programme into the Estonian language. This includes all print and digital
resourees reiating to praetitioner training, aeereditation and implementation support as well as delivery to parents
of the Triple P for Baby online programme and the Triple P for Baby online programme itself. SIB will ensure that
it and the Serviee Provider(s) work eollaboratively with the Produetion team at Triple P's Australian eompany, Triple
P lnternational Pty Ltd (TPI} in performing the translation serviees.
The details of the materials to be translated, the proeess to be followed in undertaking the translation and eaeh
parties' responsibilities are set out in more detail in Annexure D.
SIB will also direetly organise and pay for all eosts of having a translator present during the delivery of the training,
aeereditation and implementation serviees performed by TPUK in order to translate in real time from English to
Estonian. SIB will be responsible for ensuring the translator it engages is available and attends at the venue, where
Serviees are delivered in person, or online where the Serviees are delivered online, on the dates and times
seheduled for delivery of the Serviees.
Subjeet to the following, there will be no fee eharged to SIB by TPUK for the time TPl's Produetion team and TPUK
spend in supervising the translation and translation review undertaken by the Serviee Provider and preparing the
translated files for produetion and printing. This is subjeet to:
a) For the translation of the Triple P for Baby online programme, SIB purehasing a minimum initial quantity of
350 online program eodes (at €83.30 per aeeess eode) as soon as the translation serviees for the online
programme are eompleted, in aeeordanee with this Agreement;
b) SIB paying €15,000 to TPUK, in aeeordanee with this Agreement, for TPUK to organise the produetion of
sub-titled video assets for practitioners to utilise when delivering the program to parents as well as the video
assets used for the Triple P for Baby online programme. There is signifieant eross-over (the same video)
between the online program and praetitioner delivered program, so this work is all done simultaneously.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE RIGHTS
A referenee to lntelleetual Property Rights in this Agreement means all intelleetual property rights of any kind in any
jurisdietions including eurrent and future, registered and unregistered rights in respeet of eopyright, trade marks,
trade names, trade seerets, know-how, inventions, confidential information, business method or improvement and
any related rights.
SIB aeknowledges that all pre-existing lntelleetual Property Rights in the Serviees, Programme Resaurees and
Triple P for Baby online programme are the sole property of TPI and its lieensors'. Nothing in this Agreement or its
performanee, including the performanee of any translation and translation review work related to this Agreement,
will be deemed to eonfer any rights on SIB or any other person.
SIB will ensure that in the agreement under whieh it engages the Serviee Provider as autiined in the Translations
seetion above, the Serviees Provider assigns all right, property and title, ineluding all lntelleetual Property Rights,
in the translated materials and anything else prepared or developed under the agreement to TPI. SIB will provide
to TPI appropriate evidenee of this assignment under the agreement with the Serviee Provider.
To the extent any right, property and title, ineluding any lntelleetual Property Rights reiating to the Serviees,
Programme Resaurees and the Triple P for Baby online programme vests in SIB, SIB automatieally and absolutely
assigns to TPI all sueh lntelleetual Property Rights as they arise, including through the translation and translation
review proeesses.
SIB agrees that it will, and will proeure the Serviee Provider to, sign all doeuments and do all other things required
to effeet, perfeet or register TPl's or its lieensors' ownership rights, including lntelleetual Property Rights, at no eost
to TPI or TPUK.
SIB aeknowledges and agrees that it is permitted to use the materials used or prepared in performing the Serviees,
the Programme Resourees and the online programme, including translated materials and assets, solely for the
purpose of this Agreement.
6. TRIPLE P FOR BABY ONLINE PROGRAMME ACCESS CODES AND ONLINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
6.1 Access Codes
The Triple P for Baby Online Programme is aeeessed by parents using unique aeeess eodes. Parents will reeeive
personal login details (with their aeeess eode) and ean eomplete the online programme ata time and plaee mast
suitable to them.
The aeeess eodes are valid for 12 months after aetivation. Unused (non-aetivated) aeeess eodes will remain valid
for twelve months; non-aetivated aeeess eodes will expire at this time. On request, TPUK may revalidate unused

aeeess eodes. TPUK will release the aeeess eodes to SIB upon reeeipt of payment ora valid purehase order, as
soon as translation of the online programme is eompleted.
The paekage indudes up to 20 Triple P for Baby online programme aeeess eodes for praetitioners who will be
supporting parents through the online programme. TPUK will dispense these aeeess eodes direetly to SIB's
identified praetitioners. ln order to do so, TPUK will require limited personal information about the praetitioners. We
have prepared a Privaey Notiee SIB must provide to the praetitioners, prior to eolleeting their personal data and
providing it to TPUK. The Privaey Notiee is annexed to this agreement as Annexure E. ln addition to providing
information about the personal data that we need to send the praetitioners their aeeess eodes, the Privaey Notiee
also provides praetitioners with information about the personal data used to set up their aeeess to the Online
Management System.
TPUK will ask SIB's projeet manager/lead to provide eaeh praetitioner's name and personal email address in a
password proteeted exeel spreadsheet. This information will be used forthe purposes ofTPUK supplying the aeeess
eodes direetly to praetitioners (from TPUK's own online management system). Onee the aeeess eodes are
administered to praetitioners, TPUK will email the manager/lead advising them that the eodes have been distributed.
Onee all administrative tasks have been eompleted, and after a period of 7 to 14 days to allow for any follow up,
TPUK will delete all reeords of the exeel spreadsheet.
6.2 Online Management System
For the duration of this Agreement, SIB's nominated professionals shall have aeeess to SIB's unique Online
Management System. An lntroduetion to the Online Management System(s) is annexed to this agreement as
Annexure F. The Online Management System Terms of Use are annexed to this agreement as Annexure G.
There are different levels of aeeess to the management systems:
a) Primary Managers have unrestrieted aeeess to all available parent and initiative data and have authority to
perform all available funetions within the Online Management System.
b) Seeondary Managers ean aeeess data restrieted to seleeted organisation aeeount(s) and are able to
perform most funetions.
e) Praetitioners' aeeess is further restrieted as they ean see data limited to the parent(s) they have been
assigned to and ean perform limited funetions within the organisation aeeount(s) they are linked to.
Professionals will have aeeess at the level identified by SIB (primary level aeeess, seeondary level aeeess or
praetitioner level aeeess).

TPUK will ask SIB's project manager/lead to provide the details of how the online management system will be set
up for S18 ina password protected excel spreadsheet. The following is the information S18 needs to provide:
• Organisational name;
• For Primary Manager(s) access;
o First name;
o Last name; and
o Work email address;
• For Secondary manager(s) access;
o First name;
o Last name;
o Work email address, and
o Which organisation account the secondary managers view should be restricted to; and
• For Practitioner(s) access;
o First name;
o Last name;
o Work email address; and
o Which organisation account the secondary managers view should be restricted to.
Once TPUK has received the information, the Triple P Online team will create the unique online management
system and the individual username and password for each S18 manager/practitioner. This information is to be
provided ina password protected excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be sent to SIB's lead/manager by TPUK.
The excel spreadsheet will be retained for the duration of S18 access to the management system.
6.3 The Personal Data within the Online Management Systems
Through the Online Management Systems, S18 will have access to the following data for each of your parent users
(which can aisa be downloaded in CSV spreadsheet format):
• First Name/Last Name; • E-mail address; • Current module; • Current topic within that module; • Registration date; • Date of last log in; • Number of log ins; and • Account expiry date .

6.4 When Your Access Will Cease
Your access will remain valid for at least 24 months. TPUK reserve the right to close your administrative access
12 months after the expiration of all of your users' aeeounts. However, if you would like eontinued aeeess to the
Online Management Systems beyond this period, please eontaet us at [email protected].
The information within the Online Management System for the Estonian language version of Triple P for Baby on l ine
programme will be stored in a private database whieh is hosted on the Amazon infrastrueture in the Republie of
lreland (EU). The personal data will be enerypted in transit and in baek-up.
7. TRAVEL, TRANSFERS & ACCOMMODAT_I_O_N _
Trainer travel and aeeommodation eosts assoeiated with the delivery of Serviees are ineluded in the training fee.
8. COURSE PARTICIPANTS
8.1 Participant Numbers
SIB has up to six weeks before the first day of training to adjust the partieipant numbers for eaeh training eourse.
A minimum of 12 partieipants is required for a training course to proceed. lf no ehanges are requested by this date
TPUK will proeeed to send all resourees for the amount nominated in this Letter of Agreement. Requests to ehange
partieipant numbers after this date will be subjeet to review and potential ehangeto eharges.
8.2 Privacy Notice
SIB must provide all prospeetive eourse partieipants with the Privaey Notiee eontained in Annexure E to this Letter
of Agreement, before providing TPUK with any of the prospeetive eourse participants' personal data.
8.3 Additional Needs
lf a prospeetive eourse partieipant has additional needs whieh has the potential to impaet upon the delivery of the
Serviees, TPUK needs to be made aware of the additional needs.
SIB must provide the Additional Need Diselosure Form (Annexure l to this Letter of Agreement) to the prospeetive
eourse partieipants, no later than one month before the Serviees eommenee. SIB must encourage the prospeetive
eourse partieipants to eomplete the form if they have an additional need whieh has the potential to impaet upon the
delivery of the Serviees and to return the torm direetly to TPUK as soon as possible, using the email address
provided. TPUK will do its best to aeeommodate any disclosed additional needs, however we note that there may
be situations where this isn't possible. This indudes, but is not limited to, situations where TPUK is notified at the
last minute and has insuffieient time to aeeommodate the disclosed needs.

9. SERVICES AND PROGRAMME RESOURCES The fees for the Serviees and Programme Resources are summarised in Table 1 below.

10. COMPLETION AND RETURN OF VARIOUS FORMS TO TPUK
10.1 Participant Numbers
As an integral part of the eonduet of any Triple P Provider Training Course various forms are distributed to the
partieipants for eompletion. lt is imperative that these digital (online) forms are eompleted and submitted.
The nature of personal information eolleeted by TPUK generally eomprises name, address, age, professional
qualifieations, name of employer, address of employer, position in the employer's organisation, and eontaet details
(phone numbers, fax numbers, email address). We will also eolleet feedbaek and opinions from the eourse
partieipants. For more detailed information about the personal data eolleeted from eourse partieipants, please refer
to the Privaey Notiee at Annexure E to this Letter of Agreement.
TPUK will not eolleet personal information from partieipants that might reveal their racial or ethnie origin, politieal,
religious or philosophical viewpoint, sexual preferences, or other trade or professional unions. Details regarding
additional needs may be eolleeted, as noted in Clause 8.3 above, and this will be processed to take into
consideration whether the additional need requires an accommodation tobe made by TPUK.
The primary purpose for the collection of personal information from course participants is to enable TPUK to track
a partieipant's progress through the eourse and the course modules, to facilitate the shipment of resources and

information (e.g. Aeereditation Certifieates). A seeondary purpose is to faeilitate TPUK's ability to inform eourse
partieipants of new developments in the Triple P - Positive Parenting Program®, and the availability of new training
and resaurees (sueh as boaks, tip sheets, and Digital Videos). For further information about the purposes for whieh
the personal data will be processed, please refer to the Privacy Notice at Annexure E to this Letter of Agreement.
The personal information that TPUK eolleets from partieipants will always remain eonfidential and TPUK will eomply
with relevant Data Proteetion Laws, as noted in elause 13 below. TPUK will not sell, rent or lieense all or part of a
partieipant's information to any party. TPUK may disclose a partieipant's personal data to other eompanies within
the Triple P eorporate group (Triple P Group), to the University of Queensland's Parenting and Family Support
Centre (the creators of Triple P), to the venue to facilitate the provision of the Serviees and/or to third-party service
providers, ineluding for the purposes of securely storing the participant's data.
10.2 The forms that will be distributed
During the Triple P Provider Training Course the following digital (online) forms will be distributed to course
participants for completion and submit the abovementioned forms.:

10.3 51B to encourage completion offorms
SIB shall, if required, use its reasonable endeavours to encourage all Triple P Provider T raining Course partieipants
to complete and return the abovementioned forms to the Trainer.
11. PAYMENT OF FEES
11.1 The Fees
(a) The total eostas autiined in Clause 9 Table 1, for Year 1 (2025) is €83,282.00. The eosts will be
adjusted in accordance with the Table 2 Variable Costs above if there are changes in participant
numbers.
(b) The total eostas outlined in Clause 9 Table 1, for Year 2 (2026) is €41,893.00 if the Training Course
is conducted before 30 J une 2026. lf the Training Course for 2026 is eondueted after 30 J une 2026,
the Year 2027 prieing will apply. lt is noted that Training Course for 2026 has not been confirmed,

with SIB to advise during 2026 whether Training Course is required. The eosts will be adjusted in
aeeordanee with the Table 2 Variable Costs above if there are ehanges to partieipant numbers.
(e) The total eostas outlined in Clause 9 Table 1, for Year 3 (2027) is €48,580.00. The T raining Course
will be delivered in 2027, with the timing for the Serviees tobe eonfirmed by SIB during 2026. lt is
noted that Training Course for 2027 has not been eonfirmed, with SIB to advise during 2026
whether Training Course for 2027 is required. lf eonfirmation is provided by SIB the eosts will be as
provided under this Agreement, subjeet to ehanges in partieipant numbers in whieh ease eosts will
be adjusted in accordance with the Table 2 Variable Costs for Year 2 above.
(d) This is payable according to the below Payment Schedule:

11.3 Billing and Delivery details to be supplied by SIB
SIB has provided details of the addresses to whieh TPUK should send:
(a) invoiees in respeet of the Serviees; and
{b) the training materials and resourees.
The details appear in the aeeompanying Quote. ln the event that any of those detailsehange SIB should provide
partieulars of those ehanges to TPU K without delay.
12. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
12.1 Cancellation by SIB
lf SIB eaneels, without reseheduling, seheduled Serviees it is agreed that:
(a) SIB will pay to TPUK aetual third party eosts ineurred by TPUK reiating to the eaneelled Serviees
prior to the reeeipt of the notiee of eaneellation whieh relate to the Trainer's travel, aeeommodation,
ear hire, ete. and whieh eannot be reeouped from the involved third party;
{b) SIB will pay to TPUK, in the event that Triple P materials (sueh as DVDs, Facilitator Kits) have been
dispatehed by TPUK to SIB in respeet of the training eourse, the eost of those materials returned
to TPUK by SIB whieh are not of merehantable quality. TPUK and SIB agree that in the event that
Triple P materials are returned all eosts will be borne by SIB and those eosts will inelude not only
SIB's eosts of returning the materials to TPUK but also the eosts ineurred by TPUK in dispatehing
the materials to SIB; and
(e) if sueh eaneellation oeeurs at any time in the twenty-eight days (including weekends) before the
seheduled Serviees date, SIB shall pay TPUK a fee equal to 50% of the fee for the Serviees (as
speeified in Clause 9) that have been eaneelled.
12.2 Rescheduling
lf SIB eaneels, but resehedules, seheduled Serviees it is agreed that SIB will pay to TPUK as follows:
(a) the surn of €280.00 if the notiee of the reseheduling is given to TPUK twenty-eight days (including
weekends) or more prior to the eommeneement of Serviee delivery; or

(b) 10% of the total eost of the Serviees if the notiee of the reseheduling is given to TPUK less than
twenty-eight days prior to the eommeneement of Serviee delivery.
12.3 Cancellation by TPUK
ln the event of TPUK having to eaneel the training eourse(s) beeause of a trainer's illness, other emergeney, ora
Foree Majeure Event, SIS and TPUK agree to resehedule the training eourse(s) to a mutually agreeable date.
Furthermore, TPUK will pay to SIS aetual third-party eosts ineurred by SIS reiating to the eaneelled
training/aeereditation prior to the reeeipt of the notiee of eaneellation whieh relate to items ineluding but not limited
to venue hire and aeeommodation and whieh eannot be reeouped from the involved third-party.
12.4 Returns
Requests for the return of Training and Programme Resourees are subjeet to TPUK's Resouree Returns Poliey and
ean be made by eontaeting TPUK's Orders department ([email protected]).
12.5 Adjustments to Participant Numbers
Requests to ehange the number of partieipants attending eaeh eourse must be made no later than the date
nominated in Seetion 8 of this Letter of Agreement. lt is the responsibility of SIS to inform TPUK of any ehanges to
partieipant numbers. Changes made after this date will be subjeet to review and may ineur extra eharges. Please
note that ehanges to the attendanee numbers may resuit inan inerease or deerease of the alloeated aeereditation
days.
12.6 Force Majeure Event
lf TPUK or SIS are unable to perform any of their obligations under this Agreement (other than an obligation to
make payment) by eireumstanees beyond their reasonable eontrol, ineluding but not limited to Aets of God,
governmental restrietions, eontinuing domestie or international problems sueh as wars or insurreetions, strikes,
fires, floods, work stoppages, epidemies and/or pandemies, embargoes, and/or laek of materials, then that Party
will be exeused from performanee of that obligation for the duration of the relevant event.
13. DATA PROTECTION ----------~---~-------------------l 13.1 ln this clause:
(a) Oata Proteetion Laws means all applieable and in foree data proteetion and privaey, laws reiating
to the proeessing of personal data ineluding:
(i) The EU's General Oata Protection Regulation ("GDPR"); and
(ii) The UK's Oata Protection Act 2018 ("DPA") and the UK's Oata Protection, Privacy and
Electronic Communications (Amendments ete) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, whieh

establish the post-Brexit data proteetion regime in the UK, known as the UK General Oata
Proteetion Regulation (UK GOPR).
(b) the terms "proeessor", "eontroller" and "personal data" shall have the meanings set out in the Oata
Proteetion Laws.
13.2 TPUK and SIB will eomply with the Oata Proteetion Laws.
13.3 TPUK and SIB aeknowledge that:
(a) SIB is not a proeessor of any data eontrolled by TPUK.
(b) TPUK and its related bodies eorporate are not proeessors of personal data eontrolled by SIB.
(i) With respeet to the personal data assoeiated with the Triple P Events: SIB will provide
TPUK with the eourse participants' name and email addresses and may provide TPUK
with further information, being the eourse partieipants' employer, job title and details of
any Triple P eourses they have previously attended (the "Enrolment Oata"). TPUK will be
an independent Oata Controller for the Enrolment Oata and will proeess the Enrolment
Oata to faeilitate the provision of the Serviees.
(ii) Prior to providing the Enrolment Oata to TPUK, SIB will provide the eourse partieipants:
A. The Privaey Notiee for Triple P Events in Estonia (Annexure E)
B. The Additional Need Oisclosure Form (Annexure l)
(iii) TPUK will provide SIB with the name and emailaddress of the Trainer. SIB will be an
independent Oata Controller in respeet to their own proeessing of that data.
(iv) TPUK will eolleet personal data from the eourse partieipants themselves "(the Attendee
Oata"). This may inelude speeial eategory personal data via the Additional Needs
Oisclosure Form. TPUK will eolleet express eonsent from the data subjeets to proeess the
speeial eategory personal data and will not disclose that speeial eategory personal data
to SIB. TPUK is the Oata Controller for the Attendee Oata.
(v) TPUK will provide SIB with some personal data after the eompletion of the training and/or
aeereditation sessions and pre-aeereditation workshop(s), either through email or in the
reports whieh form part of the Serviees. Survey responses will be ineluded in the reports,
but in deidentified form. The personal information provided will be the names ofthe people
who attended the session(s)/workshop(s), whether they met the minimum attendanee

requirements and whether they are aeeredited in the positive parenting program. SIB will
be an independent Oata Controller with respeet to their own proeessing of this personal

(vi) TPUK may provide additional personal data about the eourse partieipants. Trainers may
from time to time, reeord their observations or opinions about eourse partieipants. This
may inelude whether the partieipant stood out as being partieularly skilled in an area of
the eourse, whether the Trainer believes the partieipant would benefit from additional
training or support, or whether the behaviour of the partieipant was problematie and
negatively impaeted on the delivery of the session or workshop. Should TPUK provide
SIB with this type of personal data, SIB will be an independent Oata Controller in respeet
to their own proeessing of that personal data.
(e) With respeet to the personal data of OMS users:
(i) Prior to either providing the OMS users' personal data to TPUK or entering the OMS
users' personal data into the OMS, SIB will provide the OMS users with:
A. A eopy of the Privaey Notiee for the OMS (Annexure E)
B. A eopy of the OMS Terms of Use (Annexure G).
(d) With respeet to the personal data within the OMS reiating to program users:
(i) TPUK will provide users of the Baby Triple P Online programme, with aeeess to the
Privaey Notiee for the Online Programmes (see Annexure H).
(ii) Where SIB aeeess the personal data of Baby Triple P Online users, through the OMS,
SIB will be an independent Oata Controller with respeet to their proeessing of that
personal data.
Where SIB is an independent Oata Controller, SIB is subjeet to all the obligations of data eontrollers under
applieable data proteetion laws. This indudes the requirement to provide data subjeets with a Privaey Notiee that

SIB will nominate one person as the point of contact as Translator and one other person as a point of contact as
Translation Reviewer for the Triple P lnternational Publications Team (Publications) to work with. The Translation
Reviewer will be the key person because they will approve the tinal copy of the resaurees before anything is
published.
The Translator and Translation Reviewer are two separate roies and should not be assigned to the same party (e.g.
the review of a file should not be completed by the Translator). The Translator and Translation Reviewer must have
access to the latest software for Adobe Reader and Microsoft Office.
The praeess will commence with communication from Publications. lf there isn't a Subject Language Glossary of
key Triple P terms already available, the Translator and Translation Reviewer will develop or update a Subject
Language Glossary provided by Publications.
All files tobe translated by the Translator will then be provided by Publications with further instructions on how to
praeeed. After the Translator has completed the translation, Publications will provide the files to the Translation
Reviewer.
The Translation Reviewer will compare the translated resaurees with the English versions and ensure that all
terminology is consistent with the approved Subject Language Glossary and Optimal Linguistic Consistency.
'Optimal Linguistic Consistency' means the duty of the person conducting the Serviees to ensure that the files

The Translator shall ineorporate the tasks outlined in Sehedule 1 (below) into produeing the final produet to be
published.
The Translation Reviewer shall ineorporate the tasks outlined in Sehedule 2 (below) into produeing the final produet
to be published.
All lntelleetual Property Rights (as defined in the Letter of Agreement) in the translated works will be assigned to
TPUK in a written doeument to eomply with the Copyright Aet 1968. Sl B's nominated translation Serviee Provider,
ineluding the individuals who perform the funetions of Translator and Translation Reviewer, may not reproduee the
materials or any part thereof in any format for any reason other than for the purposes of translating and reviewing
the resourees for TPUK.
TPUK will not pay any fees for the provision of the translated Serviees. For example, no fees are payable for the
time taken to perform the Serviees.
Schedule 1: Translator's Tasks Checklist
When translating the Subjeet Triple P Resourees, the Translator shall ineorporate the following tasks into produeing
the final produet.
1. Translate the text of the Subject Triple P Resources into the Subject Language using the Subject
Language Glossary and Optimal Linguistic Consistency.
2. Check that the following elements of the Subject Triple P Resources have been completed (where
appropriate):
• The entire resouree has been translated (uniess otherwise speeified by Publieations).
• The entire resouree has been eompared to the latest English version for diserepaneies.
• The terminology is eonsistent with the Subjeet Language Glossary and Optimal Linguistie Consisteney
has been used.

Triple P UK Limited {Triple P UK) is holding a Triple P Event (e.g., training and or accreditation sessions or
workshops which may be held in-person or remotely) in the UK/lreland and we understand you may want to attend
the Event. Triple P UK and its related bodies corporate, the Triple P Group ("TPG"}, are responsible for
disseminating the Triple P-Positive Parenting Program® ("Triple P") throughout the world. Triple P is a parenting
and family support strategy developed by Professor Matthew Sanders and colleagues at The University of
Queensland in Brisbane, Australia.
You are asked to complete this form if you have an additional need which you believe may affect your participation
in the Event. TPG (including Triple P UK) and the Trainer(s) who will run the course, need to be made aware of
your additional need, so we can adequately accommodate your need, if possible, when providing the course. Whilst
we will do our best to accommodate your need, it is important for you to understand that there may be situations
where this isn't possible.
We understand that information about an additional need is sensitive in nature, and may inelude health information.
The UK's data protection law treats information about health as a special category of personal data. There are
limited circumstances where we may use this type of data. ln order to process the information about your additional
need, we need your explicit consent. That is why we ask you to complete and sign this Statement of Consent and
return it to us at [email protected].
The Trainer(s) may be TPG employees or independent contractors, and are all trained to deliverthe Triple P Events.
Further, all of the Trainers have undertaken training on the data protection requirements in Europe.
Please note when completing the statement of consent, vou are required to select the individual check boxes, to
