1. Confirmation of active submissions for your national market
   Could you please confirm whether any notifications submitted under Submitter ID 00219 (Efuma ApS) are currently considered active/valid for placing on the market in your national market?
2. Request to withdraw/disable any active submissions (if applicable)
   If any notifications under Submitter ID 00219 are still active for your national market, we respectfully request that they be withdrawn/removed/disabled (as applicable under your national procedure), as they will no longer be used and the products will not be placed on your market.
3. Annual sales figures reporting (if no active submissions remain)
   As Efuma ApS will no longer maintain active notifications for your market, we would also like to ask whether it would be acceptable to report annual sales figures via email using an Excel file, rather than updating each individual XML submission through EU-CEG.
   If this is possible, we would appreciate your guidance on:

• the required reporting template/fields (if any),
• the preferred reporting period and deadline, and
• the appropriate email address/department to which such reports should be sent.
