Practical information – Follow-up dinner of the Friends of Industry Meeting
Brussels, 25. February 2026
You will find below useful pieces of information for the Follow-up dinner of the Friends of Industry Meeting in Brussels:

Schedules – Please note that the dinner will start at 7 pm and end at 8:30 pm. The Minister (or State Secretary of your Member State) can be accompanied by one person.
Dinner – During the dinner, food will be provided for the delegation members in an adjacent room. Only the heads of delegation will attend the dinner itself. Please indicate if a vegetarian menu is need by your head of delegation.
Languages – The meeting language is English. However, Ministers wishing to speak in their own language can do so, giving that they come with their own interpreter. Basic interpretation equipment will be provided. Please note that no simultaneous interpretation equipment will be available.
Registration & Security – Prior to the meeting, you will have to submit information on all participant entering, this includes personal information such as name, nationality and date of birth. We would be grateful if you could send us a photo of the minister or their representative in advance. Please let us know, if there are any food allergies that we have to consider. Please provide us this information by Wednesday 18th February.

Attached you find a draft of a joint paper. Please send your comments and an indication whether you want to support the paper until Tuesday, 17.02., end of business.
In order to come to an agreement on the paper, we would already like to ask you to save Thursday, 19.02., at 9:30 till 11:30 am for a working-level editorial meeting.

We have not yet received a confirmation from you regarding your minister's participation. If your minister is unavailable on February 25, a State Secretary can attend in their place. We would be delighted if you would be part of the conference.
