Warm greetings from the Secretariat and Congratulations on Estonia's accession to the Convention!
I have the honour to send you attached a letter from the Secretary-General, Mr. Francis Zachariae to the attention of Deputy Minister for Maritime and Water Affairs, Mr. Kaupo Läänerand.
I take this opportunity to also send you attached:
- An up to date General information on the Organization;
- A Member State contact form to be filled out and return to us a soon as possible in accordance with Art. 2.2 of the General Regulations which states that: .
" Member States will designate a point of contact, preferably from the national authority responsible for the regulation, provision, maintenance or operation of Marine Aids to Navigation."
All your rights for Member State were activated.
Once your Member State contact form is received, our map, membership and mailing lists will be updated.
Please also note that as the Associate membership fee for this year was already settled by Estonia, a relinquished of the contribution will be adjusted for Member state and send back to Estonia.
We look forward to receiving your Member State contact form.
