UAB “ESSPO“ (registry code 154167210, address Anykščiai, J. Biliūno Str. 17, LT-29111), represented by Lukas Pakeltis pursuant to statutes, hereinafter referred to as the seller referred to separately as the party and jointly as the parties, have entered into the following public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the contract). concluded the following amendment based on clause 2.3 of public contract: 1. The unit price specified in the amendment to public contract No. 2-2/24/958 concluded on

08.10.2024 is amended.

1.1. The Price of the Runway de-icing liquid product Nordway-KF is 1,190 euros per kilogram starting from 01.03.2026.

Otherwise, the public contract No. 2-2/24/958 concluded on 08.10.2024 on the basis of the dynamic purchasing system ‘Deicers‘ (reference number 280448) and the tender submitted by the seller in the related procurement ‘Runway de-icing products (category 2)‘ (reference number 283506) and the conditions set out in its annexes are followed.

2. The agreement has been signed digitally and enters into force upon signature by the parties and is

valid until the expiration of the said agreement.
