Answer to request Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (DPI) has received your access to documents request where you request access to all documents produced or received between 1 May 2025 and 25 February 2026 that are either related to FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) framework, regardless of its medium or nature (correspondence, opinions, deliberations, institutional communications, internal notes, etc.) or referring to Statement 04/2021 on international agreements including transfers, adopted by the European Data Protection Board on 13 April 2021. In response to your request, I inform you that that DPI has not received or produced any documents meeting the requirements of your request except for an earlier access request submitted by your association on 9th of May 2025 (3.2.-7/25/1398-1) and your additional request on 12th of May 2025 (3.2.-7/25/1398-3). DPI responses were sent to you respectively on 9th of May 2025 (3.2.- 7/25/1398-2) and on 19th of May 2025 (3.2.-7/25/1398-4). As you already have the referred documents, under Public Information Act article (§) 23 paragraph 2 point 1, DPI will not release the documents again unless you justify the need to obtain the information for a second time.
