I am contacting you in connection with our ongoing internal examination into whether our company is affected by NIS2 in Estonia and whether a registration obligation applies to us. In order not to miss the self-registration deadline of April 1, 2026, we would like to identify the registration method and the interface where we can register if we qualify as a(n) (important) service provider. Unfortunately, despite looking through your website, I cannot find this registration interface. Could you please help me with the exact method of registration? At the same time, I would like to ask if there is any available support material to help companies with self-assessment or to serve as commentary on the legislation Cybersecurity Act–Riigi Teataja. I would also have the same question about the audit itself. Is there any legislation that specifies, for example, the deadline for conducting the first audit or the method of hiring an auditor? I could not find such detailed provisions in the main legislation itself.
