JUHISED: 1. Kõik mõõtmed on meetrites, kui joonisel ei ole näidatud teisiti. 2. Koordinaadid L-Est 97 süsteemis. Kõrgusmärgid EH2000 süsteemis. 3. Ehitusaegsed toed ja kinnitused kuuluvad toodete valmistaja ja ehitaja ülesannete hulka. 4. Kasutatavate materjalide kohta peavad olema esitatud tootja- või tarnijapoolsed juhised materjalide
käitlemise ning nende omaduste kohta. Materjalide käitlemine peab olema kooskõlas nimetatud juhistega. Juhul kui materjalide omadused erinevad projektis nõutud omadustest, siis tuleb selles osas konsulteerida projekteerijaga.
5. Betoonkonstruktsioonide valmistamise ja monteerimise tolerantsid vastavalt normaaltolerantsidele ehk klass 1 nõuetele (EVS-EN 13670).
6. Betooni tugevusklassid vastavalt EVS-EN 1992-1-1:2005+A1:2015+NA:2015 Jaotis 3.1.2 Tabel 3.1. 7. Ökoduktide projekteerimisel kasutatava betooni tugevus ja deformatsiooniomadused betooni tugevusklasside järgi on toodud dokumendis projekteerimisalused EE3100-LWE-ZZZZZZ-SR-GUI-S-00001_DesignBases, Tabel 10. 8. Sarrusterase klass B500B (EVS-EN 10080). 9. Betoontarindite rajamisel järgida juhendit BÜ2:2006. 10. Lahtirakestamisel peab betoon olema saavutanud vähemalt 70% oma tugevusest. 11. Kõik nähtavale jäävad betoonservad faasitud 20x20 mm. 12 Betooni pinnad vastavalt dokumendis projekteerimisalused EE3100-LWE-ZZZZZZ-SR-GUI-S-00001_DesignBases, Tabel 9 12.1 Raketise pinnamaterjal: Raketisevineer (BÜ4: Betoon ja raudbetoon: Betooni pinnad Jaotis 3.1) 12.2 Betooni pinna klass varjatud pindadel: MUO-C (BÜ4: Betoon ja raudbetoon: Betooni pinnad Jaotis 1.3 ja Jaotis 3.2.6) 12.3 Betooni pinna klass nähtavatel pindadel: MUO-B (BÜ4: Betoon ja raudbetoon: Betooni pinnad Jaotis 1.3 ja Jaotis 3.2.6) 12.4 Betooni pinna klass nähtavatel grafitivastase ainega kaitstud pindadel: MUO-B-AG (BÜ4: Betoon ja raudbetoon: Betooni pinnad Jaotis 1.3 ja Jaotis 3.2.6 13. and attachment manufacturer. 4. All used materials must have come with instructions, detailing their use and properties, provided by the
manufacturer or supplier. The handling of the materials must be in accordance with the instructions. If the material properties differ from those required in the project, then their use must be approved by the designer.
5. Tolerances for the production and installation of precast concrete are class 1 requirements (EVS-EN 13670). 6. Concrete strength classes according with EVS-EN 1992-1-1:2005+A1:2015+NA:2015, clause 3.1.2, Table 3.1. 7. The strength and deformation properties of the concrete used in the design of ecoducts, by concrete strength class, are provided in the design base document EE3100-LWE-ZZZZZZ-SR-GUI-S-00001_EnDesignBases, Table 10. 8. Rebar class is B500B (EVS-EN 10080). 9. When constructing concrete structures, handbook BÜ2:2006 should be used. 10. Concrete must have reached 70% of it's strength, before removing the formwork. 11. All visible concrete edges, must be chamfered 20x20 mm. 12.
