In the current security environment, the role of courts in protecting constitutional values and democratic stability has indeed become ever more significant.

The Supreme Court of Estonia greatly values the close and constructive cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia. The dialogue between our courts and the exchange of perspectives are an important source of mutual support and inspiration.
