AGREEMENT ON ACCESS TO TRAFFIC REGISTRY DATA No. 3.2-5/26/71-1

TERMINATION

Estonian Transport Administration, registry code 70001490, address Valge 4, 11413 Tallinn,

represented by authorised representative Märten Surva, Head of the Vehicles Register

Department (hereinafter referred to as the Possessor),

and

VERIFY SIA, registry code 40203713379, address Roberta Hirša 1, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia

represented by the member of the management board Tenis Lenerts (hereinafter referred to as

the User)

(hereinafter jointly as the Parties), has concluded 27.01.2026 „AGREEMENT ON ACCESS

TO TRAFFIC REGISTRY DATA No. 3.2-5/26/71-1“ (hereinafter referred to as the

Agreement).

Taking into account, that:

(i) the letter submitted by the User on 03.03.2026 to terminate the contract (DHS 3.2-

7/26/3514-1);

(ii) Clause 10.5 of the Agreement states: “The Parties have the right to terminate the

Agreement at any time by notifying the other Party at least 30 days in advance“

Based on the above:

1. To consider the agreement on access to traffic register data no. 3.2-5/26/71-1 as terminated

on 03.03.2026.

2. The termination of the contract has concluded in electronic form in English.
