The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) presents his compliments

... to Member States and Associate Members and has the honour to attach the draft provisional agenda for the 159th session of the Executive Board to be held from 25 to 26 May 2026.

Any proposal from a Member State or Associate Member to include an item on the agenda should reach the Director-General not later than 12 weeks after circulation of the draft provisional agenda or 10 weeks before the commencement of the session of the Executive Board whichever is earlier. Proposals should therefore reach the Director-General by 20 March 2026.

The Director-General draws to the attention of Member States and Associate Members that, in accordance with Rule 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Board, any proposal for inclusion on the agenda of any item shall be accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.1

Following receipt of proposals, the Director-General will draw up the provisional agenda in consultation with Officers of the Executive Board. The provisional agenda will be annotated and will explain any recommendations made regarding the deferral or exclusion of proposals. It will be dispatched to Member States with the letter of convocation no later than eight weeks before commencement of the 159th session of the Executive Board.

The Director-General takes this opportunity to renew to Member States and Associate Members the assurance of his highest consideration.

年 5 月 25 日至 26 日举行的执行委员会第 159 届会议临时议程草案。

会员国或准会员提出将一个项目列入议程的任何提案应在散发临时议程草案后 12 周

内或执行委员会会议开幕前 10 周（以在前者为准）送达总干事。因此，各项提案应在

tiendra du 25 au 26 mai 2026.

Toute proposition d’un État Membre ou d’un Membre associé tendant à inscrire un point à

l’ordre du jour doit parvenir au Directeur général 12 semaines au plus tard après la diffusion du

projet d’ordre du jour provisoire ou 10 semaines au moins avant l’ouverture de la session du

Conseil exécutif, la première des deux dates correspondantes étant retenue. Les propositions

devront donc parvenir au Directeur général au plus tard le 20 mars 2026.

Le Directeur général appelle l’attention des États Membres et des Membres associés sur le

fait que, conformément à l’article 9 du Règlement intérieur du Conseil exécutif, toute proposition

Предложения государств-членов и ассоциированных членов о включении каких-либо пунктов в повестку дня должны быть получены Генеральным директором не позднее чем через 12 недель после распространения проекта предварительной повестки дня или не менее чем за 10 недель до начала работы сессии Исполнительного комитета, в зависимости от того, который из этих сроков наступает ранее. Таким образом, предложения должны быть получены Генеральным директором к 20 марта 2026 г.

Генеральный директор обращает внимание государств-членов и ассоциированных членов на то, что в соответствии со статьей 9 Правил процедуры Исполнительного комитета любое предложение о включении какого-либо пункта в повестку дня должно сопровождаться пояснительным меморандумом1.

По получении предложений Генеральный директор проведет консультации с должностными лицами Исполнительного комитета для составления предварительной повестки дня. Данная аннотированная предварительная повестка дня будет содержать пояснения по всем рекомендациям о переносе сроков рассмотрения предложений или об их исключении. Она будет направлена государствам-членам вместе с уведомлением о созыве сессии не позднее чем за восемь недель до начала работы 159-й сессии Исполнительного комитета.

Las propuestas de inclusión de puntos en el orden del día que formulen los Estados Miembros o Miembros Asociados deberían obrar en poder del Director General a más tardar 12 semanas después de la distribución del proyecto de orden del día provisional, o 10 semanas antes de la fecha fijada para el inicio de la reunión del Consejo Ejecutivo, si esto ocurre antes.
