I am writing to you on behalf of air operator SprintAir (Poland). We are currently in the process of extending our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to include the carriage of dangerous goods which are forbidden under normal circumstances, in response to numerous inquiries from the European market.

In this regard, we would like to ask several questions concerning exemptions for the transport of forbidden dangerous goods. We would appreciate it if you could kindly provide the following information:

What is the cost of obtaining an exemption and what is the procedure for obtaining it in the case of:

-Departure from the territory of your country,

-Landing in the territory of your country,

-Overflight of the territory of your country.

Do you have a specific application form for exemptions related to the transport of forbidden dangerous goods?

How far in advance of the planned operation should an exemption application be submitted?
