REMINDER
Reference is made to our letter ACD 7 (2026) of 10 July 2025 concerning the report requested under article 19 of the ILO Constitution on the Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158), and Termination of Employment Recommendation, 1982 (No. 166). As the time limit for submission of this report expired on 28 February 2026, we would appreciate your response as soon as possible.
In this regard, we kindly request that you use the fillable Word version of the report form available at the link below and return it to us in Word format to [email protected]:
Fillable Word form concerning the Termination of Employment Convention (No. 158) and Recommendation (No. 166), 1982
This would greatly facilitate the processing of the information provided.
