We are pleased to inform you that the European Court of Auditors (ECA) has just published the following opinions on the European Commission’s legislative proposals for the next long-term EU budget:

opinion 11/2026 on a proposal for a regulation establishing the AgoraEU programme for the period 2028-2034,
opinion 12/2026 on a proposal for a regulation establishing the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2028-2034.

Both opinions were prepared under the responsibility of ECA Member Alejandro Blanco Fernandez and are now available in English, with the other EU languages to follow shortly. A press release in all 24 languages is already available here.
