This Power of Attorney has been issued by Bank of Utah (not in its individual capacity but solely aE

owner trustee), having its address at 50 South 200 East, Suite 1 10, Salt Lake City, Utah, 841 1 1, the United States of America (hereinafter the 'Principal").

Vvhereas the Principal is the owner of four (4) Airbus A320NEO aircraft, bearing Manufacture/s Serial Numbers 6799, 6849, 6914 and 6967 (hereinafter the "Aircraft").

Vvhereas the Aircrafl are on lease with Marabu Airlines OU a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia under registry code 1662108'1, whose address and principal place of business L66tsa 5, Tallinn, 11415, the Republic of Estonia (hereinafter the "Lessee").

THE PRINCIPAL HEREBY AUTHORISES

(i) Ermo Uuspuu, personal identifcation code 38902090336;

(ii) Laszlo Molnar, personal identification code 37206270309;

(iii) Mattias Tamemeaid; personal identification code 39103060342; and

(iv) Paul Fabian, personal identification code 36708050208.

(hereinafter each separately referred to as a "Representative' and together as the 'Representatives'), each to act separatelv and individuallv on behalf of the Principal, to execute and effect all transactions and acts and separately sign and deliver all documents and deeds on behalf of the Principal, in order to:

(i) apply to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority for the issuing and/or extension of aircraft station licences in respect ofthe radio stations on board the Aircraft and for the revocation thereof (the "Transaction");

(aD do everything else that may be required or advisable to effect the Transactions or related to the execution and delivery of the Transaction, contemplated under this Power of Attorney.

For carrying out the aforesaid acts, each Representative is individually authorised, on behalf of the Principal, to individually demand, receive and submit all necessary documents, copies, statements, extracts

and applications, for purposes described above and to do everything relating to this Power of Attorney.

The power of attorney has been issued without the right to delegate the powe6. The power of aftorney will expire with respect to each Aircraft upon the end on 31 December 2032.

Transactions and acts made by the Representative on behalf of the Princapal within the scope of the

authorisation shall establish, change or terminate civil rights and obligations directly to the Principal.
