Dear Hydrographer,
Member States that have not yet registered their delegates for the 4th Session of the IHO Assembly are kindly informed that the deadline for registration has been extended to 31 March 2026.
Please note the following important points:
- Registration Deadline: All registrations must be submitted by 31 March 2026 through the IHO Portal.
· Head of Delegation: Please indicate the Head of Delegation in the online registration form.
- Seating Arrangements: Seating will be allocated based on the number of registrations received by the deadline. We strongly encourage timely registration and to register the entire delegation who will participate in the Assembly, to ensure proper seating.
- Finance Committee Meeting: A separate registration is required for the Finance Committee meeting via the Portal, which the deadline has also been extended to 31 Mar 2026.
We highly recommend booking your accommodation at the same time. A selection of hotels in Monaco where we have negotiated rates is available here.
For Delegations that have already registered, please check carefully the list of participants and contact us if any changes need to be made. It is important to ensure that the name of the Head of Delegation is clearly indicated.
