Dear representatives of the Parties,
Based on Article 14, paragraph 2, of the Tromsø Convention and Rule 22.2 of the Rules of Procedures, you are kindly reminded to transmit to the Council of Europe Access Info Group (AIG) an update of the information provided in the reports that you have submitted according to Article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention containing information on the legislative and other measures giving effect to its provisions.
If there has not been any material change to the information that you have already provided, please do kindly state so in your reply.
Based on Rule 26.2 of the AIG’s Rules of Procedures, you are invited to reply by 7 April 2026.
We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.

Conformément à l'article 14, paragraphe 2, de la Convention de Tromsø et à l'article 22.2 du Règlement intérieur, nous vous rappelons de bien vouloir transmettre au Groupe Accès à l’information (AIG) du Conseil de l’Europe une mise à jour des informations fournies dans les rapports que vous avez soumis conformément à l’article 14, paragraphe 1, de la Convention, contenant des informations sur les mesures législatives et autres visant à donner effet à ses dispositions.
Si aucun changement significatif n’a été apporté aux informations déjà transmises, nous vous serions reconnaissant de l’indiquer dans votre réponse.
Conformément à l'article 26.2 des Règles de procédure de l'AIG, vous êtes invité à répondre avant le 7 avril 2026.
