The Embassy of the Peopie’s Republic of China in the Repubiic of Estonia presents its

compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has the honor to inforrn the latter

The Third High-level Conference of the Forum on Giobal Action for Shared

Development is to be heid from April 21 to 22, 2026, in Beijing, China. Relevant

events including the opening and closing ceremony of the Conference will be held by

China International Developrnent Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) on April 22.

In rnarking this year as the fifth anniversary of the proposal of the Giobal

Development Initiative (GDI) by H.E. President Xi Jinping and in response to

increasing giobal uncertainties facing international development cooperation, the

Conference will be under the theme of “Action-Oriented: Building a Giobal

Cornmunity of Development for Ali”, and feature three parailel sub-forums: Digital

Empowerment for High-Quality Developrnent for the Giobal South, Pooling Giobal

Wisdom to Address Giobal Climate Challenges, and Coordinating to Advance the

Sustainable Developrnent Financing Agenda.

CIDCA cordialiy invites the relevant Ministries of Estonia to virtually attend the

Conference. Attached pleased find the draft program of the Conference for reference.
