We are sending this inquiry specifically to the Kuressaare (Saaremaa) regional office regarding a potential international experience exchange.

I am writing to you on behalf of the Social Service of Ķekava County, Latvia.

We received your contact information and a very warm recommendation from the Head of the Social Service of Talsi Municipality (Latvia), who previously visited your organization. Based on their excellent experience and the insights they gained, we are very interested in organizing a similar experience exchange visit to Saaremaa.

We are currently planning our visit and would be honored to meet your team in Kuressaare to learn about your daily operations, community engagement, and the Estonian model of social insurance and welfare services.

About our visit:

• Delegation: Up to 20 social work professionals.

• Proposed date/time: May 12th (arrival around 13.00 – 14.00 PM).

We would be very grateful if you could find 1–1.5 hours to host our group and share your experience. We believe that learning from the Estonian social security model would be incredibly valuable for our team's professional growth.
