The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia presents its

compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has the honor to inform the latter

as follows:

The Third High-level Conference of the Forum on Giobal Action for Shared

Development is to be held from April 21 to 22, 2026, in Beijing, China. Relevant

events including the opening and closing ceremony of the Conference wilI be held by

China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) on April 22.

In marking this year as the fifth anniversary of the proposal of the Giobal

Deveiopment Initiative (GDI) by H.E. President Xi Jinping and in response to

increasing giobal uncertainties facing international development cooperation, the

Conference wiii be under the theme of “Action-Oriented: Building a Giobal

Community of Developrnent for Ali”, and feature three parailel sub-forums: Digital

Empowerment for High-Quality Development for the Giobal South, Pooling Giobal

Wisdom to Address Giobal Climate Chaiienges, and Coordinating to Advance the

Sustainabie Development Financing Agenda.

CIDCA cordially invites the relevant Ministries of Estonia to virtually attend the

Conference. Attached pleased find the draft program of the Conference for reference.
