Dear Provider, We kindly request a price quotation for participation in the Cellebrite Certified Evidence Repair Technician - Forensic (CERT-F) training for two (2) participants.
Training Requirements The training must take place in Europe The training must be conducted in English The training must follow the o icial Cellebrite CERT-F curriculum The training may be delivered as in-person classroom training provided it meets o icial requirements

Training location and dates (or available date options) Total cost per participant, including any additional fees A brief overview of the training content and scope
Evaluation Criterion
The lowest price will be the primary criterion for selecting the o er, provided all requirements are met. Submission Deadline
Please submit your quotation by 31.03.2026 to [email protected] The winner of the bid must guarantee the training participants a place in the training in writing via e-mail. The tenderer undertakes to submit an invoice to the contracting authority after the service has been provided (Police and Border Guard Board, Pärnu mnt 139, Tallinn and contact person Janne Laus). The contracting authority shall pay the invoice within 21 calendar days of receipt of the correct invoice.
