The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) presents his compliments … to Member States and has the honour to transmit the provisional agenda for the Forty-fourth
meeting of the Programme, Budget and Administration Committee of the Executive Board (PBAC44), which will be held in person at WHO headquarters, Geneva from Wednesday 13 to Friday 15 May 2026, starting at 09:30 (CEST).
There is no limitation applying to the number of persons registering as part of Member States. However, in view of the space restriction, two persons per each Member State may be present in the meeting room where the PBAC is convened.
Membership of this Committee is as follows: Mr Wayne Webster (Barbados), M. Mohamed Soudjay (Comoros), Professor Mohamed Hassany (Egypt), Dr Yasuhiro Suzuki (Japan), Dr Bhim Prasad Sapkota (Nepal), Ms Reina Roa (Panama), Ms Monica Garcia Gomez (Spain), Mrs Katarzyna Drążek-Laskowska (Poland), Mr Ho-geun Lim (Republic of Korea), Dr Ali Haji Adam Abubakar (Somalia), Dr Chakrarat Pittayawonganon (Thailand), Dr Aspect J.V. Maunganidze (Zimbabwe), Mr Blair Comley (Australia) ex officio, and Mr Fahad Abdurhaman Al Jalajel (Saudi Arabia) ex officio.

In accordance with resolution WHA49.9 (1996), and to support the aim of achievement of SDG 5 (Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls), the Director-General invites Member States to consider that gender balance be applied to their delegations.
