Thank you for your message and clarification regarding the Pre-Conference Practice Day (your letter: Dear Anete, Maria, Kady, and Eve, You just signed up for the Pre-Conference Practice Day and the conference via our website. Unfortunately, it seems due the a technical failure the system did not close once we reached the maximum capacity. I am sorry to say that we don't have available spots on the Practice Day anymore. We can add you to the waiting list, but we cannot guarantee you a place unless someone cancels their participation. I am really sorry about this! I apologise about the inconvenience!)

 

We would like to note that we registered the participants during the early bird period, and at the time of registration, the system did not indicate that the Practice Day had reached full capacity.

 

We would kindly ask you to confirm at your earliest convenience whether the participants are successfully registered for the conference taking place on 11–13 June. Please note that one of the participants are also workshop presenters. Or we should register them again?

Dear Workshop Presenters,

Over the past few months, we have been in touch regarding your contribution and logistics for the 13th EFRJ Conference (Poznań, 11–13 June 2026). Today, we are sharing the draft schedule of the 6 parallel workshops across 8 seminar rooms at SWPS University. Please do not share it yet; it will be officially launched by the EFRJ communication team by mid-April, after incorporating your feedback.

How to use the draft schedule (downloadable PDF):

• * Search your family name (Ctrl+F) to find your session(s).
• * Zoom in (Ctrl+Plus) to read titles, speakers, contribution types, and time slots.

We tried to avoid scheduling conflicts (for participants in multiple workshops) and accommodate special requests (for participants arriving late, or leaving earlier). Notes in red require confirmation because different arrangements, such as proposed times, were made with authors previously. If we do not hear from you, we assume you agree with the schedule.

Please review the schedule and send any corrections (missing co-authors, spelling errors, or other inconsistencies) by 1 April. Note: If a co-author is missing, check with them first to see if they plan to come (we assumed that unregistered authors will not join us in Poznań, which is why their name is not in the schedule). Only then contact us for updates.

• * Frequently Asked Questions: Check the presenter guidelines / FAQs, including photos of the rooms and venue, to best prepare for your workshop. If you have specific questions not addressed in the FAQs, we can meet on Zoom for a 30-minute info session on April 9 or 10. Please indicate your preferred time by 1 April on the Doodle. Based on responses, the meeting time(s) will be confirmed at the end of next week, and the Zoom link will be shared then.
• * Volunteer as moderator: If you want to moderate a workshop, sign up by 10 April via this webform. Moderators introduce speakers, keep time, and moderate Q&A. We can connect you with presenters in advance, if requested.
• * Draft programme & practicalities: Available on the EFRJ website. Abstracts of workshops and poster shows will be published by the end of April. Please keep promoting the conference within your networks. We have received about 240 registrations so far, and the pre-conference practice day is already fully booked!

Friendly reminder: Please register for the Poznan conference by the end of this week to secure your spot in the programme. For the ones who have already registered, thank you so much.

 

Presenters who have applied / are planning to apply for a waiver should submit their waiver application by the end of this week. Your waiver application will already indicate your intent to secure your spot in Poznan, therefore, you do not need to complete the registration by 20 February.

 

The registration process for members is as follows:

- Log in to your account (if you don't have an account or you forgot your password please email [email protected])

- Renew your EFRJ Membership (if not yet renewed)

- Register for the conference (if you are a member but you do not see the member price, please check whether you are logged in, if problem persists please contact [email protected])

 

Non members will not need to log in, they just need to register via the conference webpage by filling in all requested data.

By now, you should all have received an individual email with the results of the workshop selections for the conference in Poznań. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it. If you still cannot find it, contact us by email.

Registration is now open. We kindly ask all presenters of accepted workshops to register by 20 February so that in early March we can finalise the draft programme with the parallel sessions. In case you have been asked for a revised abstract, the deadline is the end of February.

Thank you for submitting your workshop proposal(s) for the 13th EFRJ Conference (Poznań,11-13 June 2026).

We received 118 proposals within the deadline (and more beyond the deadline!) and the programme has space for only about half of them. This makes the selection process particularly challenging for the Programme Committee. We greatly appreciate the quality, creativity, and innovation of the proposals received and we are doing our very best to accommodate as many of the excellent submissions as possible.

As indicated on the EFRJ website, decisions will be communicated by the end of January. 

Once a proposal is confirmed, all presenters will be asked to register for the conference by half February so that, if needed, places can be offered to those on the waiting list.
