Dear CEP member.

The Expert Group on Technology kindly invites you to join the online network meeting that will take place on Tuesday 28 April 2026 from 1 pm to 2.30 pm CET.

The objectives of the meeting are to:

• Present the newly completed Practice Recommendations on Artificial Intelligence in Probation.

• Activate and strengthen the network of colleagues working with technology, supporting regular exchange of experience, knowledge, and best practices.

• Discuss practical strategies for implementing new technologies within probation organisations, including challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned.

• Identify common needs and priorities from among CEP members.

We kindly ask you to nominate a maximum of 2 representatives of your organisation that deal, in their daily practice, with implementation of technologies (policy, operational, technical perspectives) such as:

• Senior Probation Officers / Team Leaders / Managers responsible implementation of technologies, methodology

• Policy Advisors dealing with policies, methodologies, and procedures

This meeting is open to CEP members only and CEP reserves the right to remove participants who are not part of the intended target group.
