Order Term

This Order will begin on the first Subscription Start Date listed below and continue until the last Subscription End Date listed

below. If this Order is executed after the Subscription Start Date, Figma may adjust the Order Term to reflect the actual

provisioning dates without increasing the total price or altering the term length. If this Order is not fully executed by the offer

expiration date above, Figma may reject this Order.

This Order will automatically renew for successive annual Order Terms on the then-current Software Agreement, unless the

parties enter into a new renewal Order or either party notifies the other of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the

then-current Order Term. The fees for an automatic renewal are equal to the annualized price per seat multiplied by the greater

of: (i) the quantity of seats for each seat type purchased for the preceding Order Term (as adjusted by any seats that have been

added or upgraded), or (ii) the quantity of seats for each seat type in Customer’s account on the renewal date.

1. Seat Additions and Upgrades. Customer’s administrative user may purchase additional seats or upgrade existing seats via

the administrative portal at the pricing listed in Appendix 1. Seats added or upgraded during the Order Term will be charged

from the date the seat is approved, and prorated until the end of the Order Term. Seats that have been added or upgraded will

be added to the next quarterly invoice (every 3 months of the Order Term) when applicable. For clarity, if on the initial

Subscription Start Date, Customer's account has seats exceeding the quantity listed above, such seats will be prorated from the

Subscription Start Date and added to the next quarterly invoice.

governed by the terms and conditions contained in the Figma Software Services Agreement available at

https://www.figma.com/ssa (“Software Agreement”). Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order have the

meaning given them in the Software Agreement. Upon signature by Customer and submission to Figma, this Order shall become

legally binding; provided that if changes have been made to this Order (other than completion of solicited tax ID or PO

information), such changes are rejected by Figma.
