Termination of License Agreement between

Estonian Transport Administration and

Euronav Ltd

Dear Dr. Brian Morris,

Thank you for being a long term partner for data distribution to Estonian Transport Administration

(ETA).

Starting from 2026, any use of ETA data in derived products listed in the Licensing Agreement

K07002 (Agreement) between Euronav and ETA is permitted only under a Licensing Agreement

for S 57 data delivery from Primar S 57 Portal.

Primar is a regional ENC coordinating centre (RENC) and will handle all Estonian data

distribution for derived products starting from 2026. If you would like assistance in contacting

Primar, please reach out to the Estonian Transport Administration.

By acknowledgement below ETA and Euronav Ltd. agree mutually to terminate the Agreement,

effective since 15.02.2007.

Both parties confirm that they have fulfilled all obligations under the Agreement and have no

outstanding claims against each other. Once the acknowledgement is signed the products

containing Estonian data can no longer be distributed unless the agreement with Primar is signed.
