Thank you for starting the survey for the Exploratory study on the
provision of care for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer patients in
the Union, initiated by the European Commission and conducted by ICF,
together with Spark Legal and Policy Consulting (‘Spark’), Fundació de
recerca Sant Joan de Déu (‘SJD’) and Timelex.
We appreciate the time you have already invested in your response. We
understand that you may still be in the process of completing the survey,
and we would like to offer our support in case you have any questions or
technical difficulties that may be delaying completion.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a kind reminder to participate in the ongoing survey for the Exploratory study on the provision of care for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer patients in the Union, initiated by the European Commission and conducted by ICF, together with Spark Legal and Policy Consulting (‘Spark’), Fundació de recerca Sant Joan de Déu (‘SJD’) and Timelex.

As part of this study, we are examining the provision of healthcare and services to AYA cancer patients and survivors in each of the 27 EU Member States, Iceland, and Norway. For more information, please see the Endorsement Letter from the European Commission, Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety, including more details on the study objectives as well as the Data Protection Notice.

In this context, we have launched a survey to collect insights on the current provision of AYA cancer care across the EU Member States, Iceland and Norway as well as to gather views on perceived barriers, enabling factors and examples of potential good practices.
