Dear Giorgio Ghiggini

The Estonian Transport Administration (ETA) and GEC S.r.l. hereby agree to terminate License

Agreement No. K066-16 (Agreement).

From 2026 onward, any use of ETA data in derived products listed in the Agreement or in any

new products is permitted only under a Licensing Agreement for S 57 data delivery via the Primar

S 57 Portal. Sales of derived products containing Estonian data in 2026 should be reported to

Primar according to the agreement terms of Primar.

The termination is by mutual consent. Both parties confirm that by the date in signature below,

they have fulfilled all obligations under the Agreement and have no outstanding claims against

each other.

Transport Administration.
