1. juunist 2026 muutuvad AS Tallinna Sadam elektri võrgulepingu
tüüptingimused
AS Tallinna Sadam kaasajastas ja täpsustas võrgulepingu tüüptingimusi.
Muudetud tüüptingimused kooskõlastas Konkurentsiamet 9. aprilli 2026
otsusega nr 7-10/2026-002 ja need jõustuvad 1.06.2026.
Tüüptingimused on viidud vastavusse kehtiva praktika ja seadusandlusega,
kus peamised muudatused on seotud elektrituruseaduse muutumistega,
mõõtesüsteemide kaugloetavusega, elektritootjate lisandumisega,
pingekvaliteedi ja võimsuste normide ja tasude täpsustamisega, andmekaitse
ja küberturbenõuete lisandumisega. Samuti on täpsustatud üldisemaid
võrguteenuse ja lepinguga seotud mõisteid ning rikkumisega kaasnevaid
nõudeid.

Dear Network Service Customer,
As of 1 June 2026, the standard terms of the electricity network
agreement of AS Tallinna Sadam will change.
AS Tallinna Sadam has updated and clarified the standard terms of the
network agreement. The amended standard terms were approved by the
Competition Authority on 9 April 2026, by decision no. 7‑10/2026‑002, and
will enter into force on 1 June 2026.
The standard terms have been aligned with current practice and
legislation. The main changes relate to amendments to the
Elektrituruseadus, the introduction of remotely readable metering systems,
the addition of electricity producers, clarification of voltage quality
and capacity requirements and related charges, as well as the introduction
of data protection and cybersecurity requirements. General terminology
related to network services and agreements has also been clarified, along
with requirements arising from contract breaches.
