My name is Aidana Azhibek, Expert of the International Relations Department of the Court Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I am writing in connection with the upcoming International Forum scheduled to be held on June 5 of this year.
An official invitation on behalf of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Aslambek Mergaliyev has already been sent through diplomatic channels.
In preparation for the Forum, we are pleased to share with you the draft version of the Astana Declaration, which is planned to be adopted during the event.
We kindly request you to review the draft document and provide your comments and/or suggestions by April 30.
The Declaration will be submitted for signature by your designated representative at the Forum. In case your representative is unable to attend, we would still highly appreciate your consideration of the document with a view to its possible future endorsement.
