Dear Minister Pakosta,
On behalf of the AI Chamber CEE and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček, it is our great pleasure to extend to you an invitation to speak at the CEE AI Summit 2026. Please note that, due to scheduling constraints, the Summit initially planned for 27 May 2026 has been rescheduled to 3 September 2026. The event will be held in Prague, Czechia, and will serve as the flagship gathering of Central and Eastern Europe’s AI ecosystem. We would be honored to welcome you at the Summit and would be pleased to work with your team in shaping a format that best reflects your priorities - whether as a panel speaker, a keynote contributor, or in another capacity. As Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs, your leadership in advancing Estonia’s 100% e-state and the recently introduced Eesti.ai initiative makes your perspective especially valuable to the discussions. In addition, we would also like to inform you that, in cooperation with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček, a ministerial meeting will be held on the sidelines of the Summit. An official invitation from the Minister will follow shortly.
The Summit will gather approximately 150 high-level participants, including:
● Karel Havlíček, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Industry and Trade. ● Ministers responsible for digital and innovation policy from across Central and Eastern
Europe. ● Senior representatives of the European Commission and the European Parliament ● Founders of leading regional technology companies, unicorns, and top academic
experts.
We would be deeply honored by your acceptance and would gladly assist in arranging any additional engagements during your visit to Prague. My colleague Monika Kalkusová ([email protected], +420 774 366 543) will be happy to coordinate all organizational details and discuss the specific speaking format that suits you best.
