Dear CEP member,

Below you will find a link to a survey requested by the Prison and Probation Service of Finland. We kindly ask you to complete this survey at the latest on April 30, 2026.

In the Prison and Probation Service of Finland we are interested to know if the countries/ jurisdictions are using a general program in the rehabilitation of persons on probation and / or incarcerated persons. At the same time, we would appreciate if the countries/jurisdictions could answer if they have specific programs for different themes (for example sexual offending, interrelation/gender-based violence, driving under substance influence etc.).

We are in the Prison and Probation Service of Finland developing our work cost-effectively to allocate resources according to the profiles of the convicted persons/person on probation and appreciating if colleagues from other countries can share the information asked in the survey and in general share some good practices in cost-effective program (and structural) work.

Please note about the survey: If you want to save your answers for yourself before submitting, you can use your browser’s Print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) and save your answers as a PDF file before clicking the Submit button.

The deadline for responding to the survey is April 30, 2026.
