Dear Sir, Madam,
On the occasion of the customary resignation of the Honourable Dineke de Groot as President of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, an special court session will take place on Thursday 29 October 2026 at the premises of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, Korte Voorhout 8, The Hague.
The court session will start at 4 PM, and it will be followed by a reception in the foyer next to the courtroom (from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM).
1 am very pleased to invite you to attend this session and the reception. After all, that was not possible at her appointment as president six years ago. Due to the pandemie, we were only able to invite a very small group of people to the welcome event at the time. 1 hope to welcome you on Thursday 29 October 2026.
