two years ago l asked for your support in our research pģect AMBoSafe "Attacks on employ- ees and staff of organizations with security tasks' (w w.urnbosafe.de). We recorded training in the field-of de_escalation all over Europe and in detail įn Germany. We are very thanKul for your support!

Based on our research and other worldwide published studies we worked out KODIAK, a psychological model of Communicatįve De-escalation in Everyday Conflict Situations (Ger-

man: Modell kommunikativer Deeskalation in alltäglichen Konfliktsituationen Į=KoDlAĶ).

KODIAK aims to assist police officers in developing skills to manage conflicts in everyday operations. lt provides targeted guidance on how to de-escalate effectively in these deploy- ment scenarios.
