It is mutually agreed that this Contract shall be performed subject to the conditions contained in the Charter consisting PART I, including additional clauses if any agreed and

stated in Box 32, and PART II as well as ANNEX "A" and ANNEX "B" as annexed to this Charter. In the event of a conflict of conditions, the provisions of PART I shall prevail

over those of PART II and ANNEX "A" and ANNEX "B" to the extent of such conflict but no further. ANNEX "C" as annexed to this Charter is optional and shall only apply if

expressly agreed and stated in box 28. Al annexes to the charter contract concluded by the parties on 3 December 2012 shall remain valid unamended as annexes to this charter contract
