We kindly ask you to advise if there are any national requirements an operator needs to comply with in transporting Russian nationals to from your country in addition to the requirements stated in article 3d of the Russia Embargo Regulation.
Following specific topic would require clarification:
Does an EU based aircraft operator need to request a permit for landing and departure to/from your country with a Russian national on board the aircraft?
