Dear Mr Björn Alldén
1. With our letter nr 3-19/59 dated 25-th of February 2025 we notified you of breach of
obligations and gave additional time until the 30-th of April 2025 to comply with the
requirements of the procurement contracts nr 3-11/324 dated 11.04.2022 and 3-11/3278
dated 27.06.2023 (hereafter public contracts).
2. As your team has requested additional time for works to comply with public contracts, we
hereby notify you that we agree to postpone the deadline to comply with the obligations set
out in point 2.5.3. of the technical specification. The new deadline is 1-st of October 2025.

obligations and gave additional time until the 30-th of April 2025 to comply with the
