Permission to use media material

We kindly ask for your permission to use media material of M/V___M-80____ (shipyard

project nr. 90214) for Baltic Workboats AS sales and marketing purposes.

Such use includes the display, distributions, publications, transmissions or otherwise use of

photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in materials that include, but may not be

limited to, printed materials such as brochures, newsletters, videos and digital images used

on Baltic Workboats website and social media pages, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and

similar.

☒ I grant limited permission for the use of media material of M/V__ M-80_ (pr. nr.

90214) to be used. Description of limitations :

1. Public Information Act § 35. 10) Information on technological solutions if disclosure of

such information would damage the interests of the holder of information or if

classification of such information as internal is prescribed in a contract entered into with

a person in private law1

2. Technological solutions and parameters may be on the same generic level as was used in

in public procurement documents, detailed solutions may only be discussed with

governmental authorities.

3. In case reference to Estonian Police and Border Guard Board needs to be done, the

material must be approved by EPBGB and European Union Internal Security funding

visibility regulations must be followed2
