President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. Kindly convey my congratulations as well to the newly appointed judges - Ms. Liuba $ova, Mr. Nicolae Rogca,

Mr. Sergiu Litvinenco and Mr. Ion Malanciuc. On behalf of myself and all the justices of the

Supreme Court of Estonia, I wish you every success in the fulfilment of the solemn duties entrusted to you.

On the occasion of 27 August, a date of profound significance in the history of your nation and

a testament to the enduring spirit of freedom and sovereignty, I have the honour to extend my sincere congratulations on the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova. I also wish to convey my highest respects to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, whose steadfast dedication to justice and the rule of law constitutes a comerstone of the nation's democratic institutions.
