It was with great pleasure that I received your kind letter of congratulations on the occasion

of my election as President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, for which

I would like to express my sincere gratitude. I highly value your thoughtful words of

appreciation and support as I take on the responsibilities entrusted to me. The importance of

this role, as well as the mission of the Constitutional Court in safeguarding the supremacy of

the Constitution and upholding the principles of the rule of law, remains my utmost priority.

Using this opportunity, allow me to thank you on behalf of my fellow judges who have

recently taken the oath and emphasize our commitment in fulfilling the responsible duties of

strengthening the trust in our institution and ensuring the promotion of jurisprudence based

on the highest international legal standards.

Dear Mr Chief Justice, I would like to convey gratitude for your warm congratulations on the

occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova. We celebrate Independence as a

symbol of national dignity, peace and democracy, in the spirit of gratitude to those who fought

for the national values and for the independent path of the country.

our courts and to express my sincere commitment to further strengthening these relations in
