Hi Mika, I hope you're doing well. Just checking in regarding the delivery of the dry suits for the volunteer maritime rescuers. According to the amended contract (20-2.10/24), the delivery deadline was March 23.2025, but i haven’t heard whether the suits have arrived in our warehouse in Estonia. Could you please provide an update on the delivery status?

As mentioned before, since the project is funded by the European Union, it’s important for us to be informed right away if there are any delays. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Kristo Kotkas

Hei Mika I am writing to you regarding procurement contract no. 20-2.10/24-2 (please find attached). Unfortunately, the contract needs to be amended. In accordance with section § 11 lg 2 of the Joint Regulation, it is required to add the obligation that: "The contractor must provide the name and registration code of each subcontractor, whose subcontract agreement exceeds €50,000 (excluding VAT), as well as the title, date, number, and amount of the subcontract agreement."

Additionally, we would like to propose the following changes to framework agreement no.1.13-2.18-12 (please find attached):

 a correction of a typo in clause 9.2 of the framework agreement, where the word “motorboat” should be replaced with the word “order.”

 if Ursuit is unable to issue e-invoices, we request an addition to clause 3.4 stating: "If the seller is a foreign company that cannot issue e-invoices, the invoice must be submitted in .pdf format to the buyer's designated contact person by email and to the buyer's e-invoicing service provider at the specified address [email protected]."

Since any amendment to the contract can only be made by mutual agreement, we kindly ask for your consent to amend the contracts accordingly. For your information, if we do not amend the procurement contract, there is a risk of the European Union reclaiming the funding. Lastly, i would also like to mention that i have not received a response to my previous letter sent on September 4, 2024 (Subject: Procurement agreement no 20-2.10/5-12 (Estonian Police and Border Guard "water patrol suits").
