as the parties or the party, entered into the following contract (hereinafter the contract)

1. Basis and sub ject of the Contract

1.1 The contract is awarded on the basis of the

framework contract No. 20-2.10/18-12

concluded with contractor in the public

procurement “Purchasing of water patrol, surface rescue and over-water suits and

volunteer maritime rescuer drysuit” reference number 269363 (hereinafter the framework

contract).

1. Lepingu solmimise alus ja ese

1.1 Leping solmitakse lahtudes riigihankes ,,Veepatrulliulikonna, pinnaltpaaste- ja

merelilikonna ning vabatahtlike merepaastjate merepaaste kuivulikonna ostmine“,

viitenumber 269363, taitjaga solmitud

raamlepingust nr 20-2.10/18-12 (edaspidi

raamleping).

1.2 Leping esemeks on riigihanke osas 3 nimetatud

merepaaste kuivulikondade ostmine (edaspidi kaup) koos transpordiga hankija asukohta Susta 15, Tallinn.

1.2 The subject of this contract is the purchase

of volunteer maritime reseuer drysuits in Part

3 of the public procurement (hereinafter

goods) together with transport to the contracting authority's location in Siista 15, Tallinn.

2. Lepingu osad 2. Parts of the contract

2.1 Lepingu lahutamatuteks osadeks on lepingu lisa, poolte vahel solmitud raamleping,

pooltevahelised kirjalikud teated ning koik solmitava lepingu muudatused.

2.1 The annex to the contract, the framework

contract concluded between the parties, the

written notices between the parties and all amendments to the contract to be entered into

are integral parts of the contract.

2.2 Koik lepingu muudatused solmitakse

lepingu lisadena, mis kehtivad alates nende

allkirjastamisest voi poolte poolt maaratud tahtajal.

2.2 All amendments to the contract shall be

made in writing as annexes to the contract. The annexes shall be valid from the date of their

signing or the date set by the parties.

2.3 In addition, the following shall also be

signed at the same time as the contract: Annex 1 - List of goods and unit prices

3.1 The total value of the contract is 239 5983.1 Lepingu kogumaksumus on 239 598 eurot, millele lisandub kaibemaks. euros plus VAT.

3.2 Kauba nimekiri ja uhikuhinnad on toodud lepingu lisas 1.

3.2 List of goods and the unit prices are given in Annexes 1.

3.3 Taitja esitab hankijale arve e-arvena.

Arvele tuleb markida hankija kontaktisiku eesnimi ja perekonnanimi, riigihanke

viitenumber, lepingu number, rahastaja ja

projektitunnuse andmed ning arve peab

sisaldama makse teostamiseks vajalikke

andmeid ja vastama kaibemaksuseaduse nouetele.

3.3 The contractor shall send the contracting authority an e-invoice. In addition to the data

required by law, the e-invoice must indicate the name of the contracting authority’s contact

person, public procurement reference number, the number of the contract, the details of the

financier and project characteristics and the information needed to make the payment.

3.4 Arve tasumine toimub 21 kalendripaeva

jooksul peale hankija poolt nouetekohase arve kattesaamist.

3.4 Payment of the invoice shall be made within 21 calendar days after receipt of the required invoice by the contracting authority 4. Performance of the contract4. Lepingu taitmine

4.1 Lepingus esitatud nouetele vastav kaup, tuleb hankijale iile anda hiljemalt 8 kuu jooksul lepingu solmimisest. Kaup antakse tile hankija asukoha aadressil Susta 15, Tallinn.

4.1 Goods that meet the requirements set out in the contract must be handed over to the

contracting authority no later than within 8 months from the conclusion of the contract.

The goods will be delivered to the contracting authority’s location at Silsta 15, Tallinn.

4.2 Delivery and receipt is based on point 5 of the framework agreement.

5, Lepingu kehtivus 5. Duration of the contract

5.1 Leping joustub alates hetkest, kui pooled

on lepingu allkirjastanud ning kehtib kuni

lepingu nouetekohase taitmiseni.

5.1 The contract shall enter into force from the

moment it is signed by the parties and remains valid until the contract is properly performed.

6. Kontaktisikud 6. Contact persons

6.1 Poolte lepingLijargsete kohustustc taitmise

korraldamine ja lepingus ettenahtud teadete, aktide, nouete ja teiste dokumentide edastamine toimub kontaktisikute kaudu.

6.1 The organisation of the perfonnance of the parties obligations under the contract and the communication of the notices, claims and

other documents provided for in the contract shall be carried out through contact persons.

6.4 In the event of a change in the contact

persons, the other oarty must be infonned as soon as possible by any means which leaves a written record. This notice shall be annexed to

the contract and shall not constitute an

amendment to the contract.
