- 1. Can we submit our offer as a renewal of the existing Meltwater contract signed in December 2022, with only commercial updates (term, products, pricing)?
- 2. Can you please confirm that submitting the offer on this basis would not be considered a disqualifying factor?
- 3. After contract award, would you be open to negotiating contract terms, or do all terms need to be final at the tender stage?
- 4. Can the agreement be concluded by accepting Meltwater’s General Terms and Conditions as they are, or by renewing the existing contract under the same terms?
- 5. Is it acceptable to submit the offer using order confirmation?

Hereby I am sending a call for tender with 4 annexes in the procurement „Acquisition of the right of use for a web monitoring system and its configuration“.
The documents are in Estonian and English. Please feel free to forward them to the right people.
It would be much appreciated if you could give me a quick reply to confirm your interest in participation in our procurement. We are expecting offers to be submitted no later than December 22, 2025 at 3pm (UTC+02:00).
